Three steps to bring congruence into your life

Changing your direction can often be a challenge!

Why?

Because our unconscious mind is designed to react automatically. Habits such as walking or riding a bicycle use the neural pathways of your brain and nervous system to make them automatic.

Ancient Practices Had Their Heaven On Earth

That is how we have evolved, creating space for our creative power to be applied.

However, the challenge with this elegant system is that it requires conscious effort to change the direction of your neurological highway.

Hence, my repeated rejoinder to practice. For this is what helps create new neural pathways.

On how many occasions have you decided on a new course of action or direction and then critical thoughts have flowed in to make you question it?

Are the current energies and chaos making you feel lost, unsure, and searching for direction in life?

Meaning, Mother Earth and all its inhabitants are going swiftly through an upgrade as higher densities of photonic light and Cosmic energy arrive with us.

Three pieces of karmic baggage limiting your life

All organisms have consciousness – meaning they are responsive to their environment. This is as true for bacteria as it is for humans.

The difference though is our consciousness includes the ability to imagine.

Through use of our imagination, we can manifest whatever we desire. This is our innate power.

The State Of Your Mind Can Imagine Anything

Every moment we are writing our own stories, consciously or unconsciously.

Meaning as we have the power within us to manifest the life we desire, so we help shape life on Mother Earth.

This is the role you have chosen to play in creating the new era.

The first step of which requires you to have awareness of the “energetic nature” of your being.

Then to grasp the role of consciousness in our human experience.

As the creator of your life, it is what you focus your thoughts and vibrations on that manifests.

For your emotions influence the powerful electro-magnetic field in your heart. Which then draws into your life experiences that match its frequencies.

Which is why we have been creating all our lives. Only not always what we perceive to be our desires!

When we experience pain or dis-comfort in our life, this means there is an internal conflict within our physical body. Letting go of limiting beliefs can heal our bodies and so bring our life back into alignment with our Soul´s desires.

When in alignment – physical, emotional, and mental health follows.

It is this alignment within ourselves that will help us contribute to the conscious evolution of humanity and Mother Earth.

A breathing practice to reset your whole system

It seems for several years we have been hearing the phrase “In these uncertain times.”

Many are having difficulty coping with each seemingly apocalyptic change we are facing.

Some are lonely, anxious and grieving.

Yet we are surviving.

The Moment Of Awakening Comes When You Know…

There is a part of us that believes in, and understands, the language of magic. To heal completely, we must engage all parts of ourselves in the process.

That way we step more assuredly through the adventure which is our life. Always exploring so you can create the life you desire.

As you know, 2023 is the year for change.

Here in Portugal, spring is awakening.

Birds have been arriving from Africa and roses and trees started to leaf. And, the mimosa is in flower, despite the recent snow we can see on the Serra da Estrela.

We are at the moment when the seeds burst open, and new life springs forth.

Three personal planets – Mercury, Venus and the Sun, are also indicating significant change is afoot.

Which could be why humanity´s awakening is the subject of my latest article.

Five questions to help you choose your way forward

Did you choose to live in this tumultuous, yet fascinating period?

2023 is the year for change as amongst several new cycles, we officially move into The Age of Aquarius.

Have Faith In The Direction You Choose

This period of new cycles and beginnings is once again going to test our strength, resilience, and courage.

Yet, deep inside we recognise this is an unique opportunity for us to step onto our path. Confident we will uncover our true power to live a more meaningful, secure, successful and fulfilled life.

Doing so means taking responsibility for our own actions, having faith in yourself and your direction. Knowing your desires are aligned with those of the Creator.

We are being asked to be fully in the world, though not of it.

To cross the threshold into the new cannot be achieved by remaining the same. The only challenges which repeat and so restrain us, are those which are incomplete or the lesson has yet to be accepted.

Which is why everything we experience is on the path of our Soul – the good, the bad, and the ugly.

To take this big step, we must heal and restore our relationship to the Creator, whilst uncovering the truth of who we really are.

Hence, why different paths appear so you choose your own way forward.

The male Y chromosome is disappearing

Water is about to flow us into 2023.

As we do so we are being asked to accept responsibility for our lives. Only then can we create a new reality, the one we shape.

We have been moving toward this opportunity for more than a century.

Have You Cleaned Out What Is Clouding Your Vision?

Thought leaders such as Einstein, Madame Blavatsky, Rudolph Steiner, Charles, Myrtle Fillmore, Ernest Holmes, Napoleon Hill, and many others date to the early 1900s.

They contributed to understanding our perspectives and thoughts create our life experiences, our reality.

Providing us with the opportunity to create a world that reflects who we truly are – individually and collectively.

Doing so requires you to first recognise and accept yourself. Hence, why many contacts and myself have been commenting on past feelings, images and moods surfacing.

For to create the new, means we must first wipe the slate clean of the limitations and constraints within each of us.

Only then can you step forward.

Permitting you to take back control of the story YOU decide is true about yourself.

Until then your human instincts remain in control.

Your Instinct Comes From The Stone Age

My suggestion is that as part of your reflection on this past year, you include remembering your unique, vital and irreplaceable role in the Cosmic plan.

The role only YOU can play.

Then you can open the next chapter in your life. The one no longer directed by the instinct of survival.

This was created in our hunter-gatherer past. As I was reminded in a Harvard Business Review article: “you can take the person out of the Stone Age, though you cannot take the Stone Age out of the person!”

”Is Instinct Directing Your Life Or Your Small Quiet Voice Leading You? details seven thoughts and emotions that best served our ancestors and so were programmed into their psyches. These continue to direct many aspects of human behaviour today.

Often perpetuated in the annual resolution setting, though usually phrased as goals.

Most of which are based on the non-sensical, non-existent, impossible, irrational idea that one day, when you achieve all you have set out to, you will feel good about yourself.

You will feel worthy and so loved.

Actually, only thoughts create our life experiences, our reality.

Think happy = Feel happy

Think crappy = Feel crappy

After reading the seven thoughts and emotions, you will understand why the process creates more self-sabotage, procrastination, self-flagellation limiting your potential.

This coming period is providing an opportunity to change the dynamic, the unconscious instinct/beliefs directing your life.

Dream Into Being Beyond Your Instinct

To do so means creating a new story about your life, one which includes what you dream about being and experience. Then your life will begin to change.

You will no longer be lost or dis-connected from your small quiet voice seeking to guide your next step.

There is also reference to a recent science journal article outlining how a new sex gene could be the future for men, and so continuation of the human species!

For, in case you did not know, for over a decade there has been a scientific debate about the disappearance of the male Y chromosome. The discussion being whether degradation will continue to extinction or it has reached a point of equilibrium.

The astrology of 2023 begins with four planets in the sign of external authorities such as governments and corporations squared to the wounded warrior Chiron, in Aries.

Venus is about to emerge renewed from Pluto´s underworld. Symbolising the rise of the feminine on the verge of liberation as she moves toward entering freedom loving Aquarius.

Mercury has just turned retrograde until 18^th January, reminding us to think twice before speaking, committing, or signing agreements.

2023 promises to re-define our collective story, to move us toward creating a world of equity, sustainability and peace. The challenges facing humanity have the potential to be resolved in the coming ten years.

Accepting self-responsibility is one of the fundamental lessons to creating the life you desire. Everyone has their small quiet voice, following it is the sure path to fulfilment.

Four key choices to immerse yourself in all that 2023 will offer

Today the last new moon of 2022 rises.

Whatever you are celebrating, this is a season when we contemplate the power of Light.

Science indicates that Light represents pure potential, the un-manifest form of possibility. One of our tasks is to translate this into form, to turn potential into what we see, sense and feel.

Is Your Choice To Work With Heart Or Control Energy?

Before doing so you need to review all of the possibilities and potentials for what you are trying to “manifest”.

That way you create a “vibrational match” to what you desire to experience in your life.

Then you are the change you want to see in your world. Energetically you have to create what you desire before you can experience it physically.

To create abundantly you must first be in the energy field that is abundance. To create sustainability, you must first be in the field that is sustainable, etc..

Today´s new moon in Capricorn opens a doorway into our lives as well as bringing such opportunities. It is asking us to assess our Soul´s objectives and desires and how we might reach them.

Mother Earth and humanity are at the turning point of choice – whether or not to work with heart as opposed to control energy?

Four steps to help you dance into your future

We are on the cusp of a major shift on Mother Earth – which will therefore impact humanity!

To heal ourselves and live a truly good life, we must learn how to stop trying to change the world outside of us and instead transform our inner world.

Living our life based on insight instead of eyesight.

Life Is Changing – It Is An Opportunity

To do that we must build a spiritual root structure strong enough to withstand the unfolding changes, yet deep enough to tap our greatest potential.

Living from connection to our Inner Source instead of relying on external resources.

Something of an apparent paradox as the emerging age is based on collaboration rather than being separate. No longer holding to the belief we must do everything ourselves.

The objective is that each of us is empowered, creative, productive, and manifesting abundance no matter what situations we face.

To do so we need to change the stories we tell, the words we use and the beliefs we hold. All have the power to influence your gene expression and so become part of the very structure of your being.

As are your ancestors, your Soul and your DNA. They are all core components to what you express in your life.

Earlier today I was with a client at a high energy location where she guided herself through a re-birth.

For science shows us our DNA is far more malleable than we were taught in school.

Great crises can easily mean we give up, give in, never try again, or even be more final.

Reading this post, then you know there is something moving within you and the world around us.

Almost everyone I have met, conscious or not has something in their past they are hiding, suppressing or unwilling to recognise.

Some have gone through their “dark” past in order to reach the enlightened point they are now at.

Shining Light On The Dark Night Of Your Soul

This phase in people’s lives is called many different things: facing the shadow, a dark night of the soul, mirror work, shadow work, and the list goes on…

Such experiences people are not always that willing to share.

Often what they believe has happened they try to never think about again, suppressing them from their conscious experience.

Though the feeling maybe triggered by an external event. Releasing once again the emotions from an unconscious learned behaviour from your past.

This is not easy. For our unconscious mind directs around 95% of our actions. Its purpose is to keep us safe, only it knows only what it has experienced. Meaning it cannot distinguish between what was enjoyable and what was not.

Any possible action which is outside our experience is by definition deemed unsafe. Triggering a fight or flight response.

Slow down, reflect, and look back upon your life

As a species, we are past masters at tolerating dis-comfort.

Whilst the news has been full of fear and worry for a very long period…

… there are also multiple stories of how incredibly adaptable, resilient and tough human beings are as a species.

In fact, even though you may not feel like it right now, I know you are too!

Look Back On The End Of An Era

What is interesting about this is…

…whilst being resilient and tough are absolutely essential traits for us to develop, especially in chaotic periods such as this, they can also sabotage our lives!

Because when we focus too much on being tough, and tolerating pain, dis-comfort and dis-content…

… we can lose touch with the fact our dis-content is a message we need to change something in our lives…

… and more importantly, it is something we can change when we acknowledge it and set the intention to effect the change!

Which is why I wanted to post this today about what is unfolding for each of us, Mother Earth and the Cosmos – for we are all in the same boat!

We all sense something is afoot, though we are unsure quite what and how it will change our lives. For it is/will!

Amongst September´s themes is an invitation to start the process of clearing away the residue of the weight we have been carrying in our mind.

So, enabling us to become free to step into joy.

The last quarter moon rises on 17^th September. Challenging you to communicate from the heart, re-establish connection with your Soul, and placing your faith in your senses.

You may have recently been focusing on a certain person, living situation, occupation, or way of life, believing that this is what you “need” in your life in order to feel happy, content or successful.

This though is merely an illusion of the ego. You have so much beauty and potential inside of you, this is what you must focus on. This is where you will find spiritual fulfilment, confidence, and a greater sense of well-being.

Turbulence Will Mark The End Of An Era

The last quarter moon is all about turning points and crossroads. In Gemini, you are asked to look within, to communicate with your Soul, and recognise what you already have at your fingertips.

Our actions during these months will determine the form of the new which emerges by the end of December.
