When you allow yourself to embrace the sensations of feeling, energy begins to move in a more integrated way.

Until early 2025, it is essential you maintain balance in your life. This will require you to be the observer of events, not caught up in their emotional drama. When you stay present and feel, events resolve and so you find yourself in a win-win world.

For, such cycles of disruption are simultaneously cycles of initiation, bringing in new aspects and consciousness in the evolution of your life.

Which changes in each moment as you feel, breath by breath, whatever it is you have been avoiding feeling.

Then you begin to free yourself to make your unique contribution to the consciousness emerging. For it is only from within you influence the hologram of the world around you.

Its sole purpose is to reflect back to you the unseen aspects of your own consciousness, until you feel and acknowledge them.

Encouraging you to then address the conflict limiting you from the evolution you incarnated to achieve.

Being human means our consciousness has its ups and downs as a result of our emotions and thoughts. This is the case whatever your purpose for incarnating.

As with all new moons, this one on the 17th asks us to embrace new beginnings. Freeing you to be who you have dreamed of becoming.

In this, on the same day a new 18 month cycle begins for the lunar nodes.

The North, where we are heading toward, moves into Aries, and the South, the karma we are seeking to leave behind, into Libra.

As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries seeks new beginnings and is adventurous, spirited, and pioneering with a determination to push independently forward against all odds.

Libra is fascinated by balance and symmetry, always seeking justice and equality. This it knows will only come from within.

The old paradigm of the only way to create what you desire in life is through working hard, is leaving. 

However, unless you are an active participant in your life, how can Source direct to you the opportunities to create what you desire?

The essence of this transition is freeing each of us to be ourselves, taking responsibility for our life.

  2. Ask for guidance as to the three next steps to move you toward your dream.
  3. Take action in the next 24 hours on one of those steps.

Two simple steps to being the master of your harmony

We have chosen to be on Mother Earth during this period of transformation. It provides an incredible opportunity for each of us to pause, go slower and cultivate simplicity in our lives.

Yet, it is also creating frustration. That though is because to effect a change we needed to stop. 

Does Harmony Have A Place In Your Life?

Whilst I believe completely in the phrase: “This too shall pass”, that is not to say it will return to what we recall as “normal.”

Before rushing back to re-create the way you recall life as it was, I invite you to pause. Reflect a little longer and contemplate what you have learned about yourself in this period of pause.

Already I note some businesses are announcing changes they will make to their organisation and structure. For example, seeking ways to be sustainable and maintain cleaner air.

My suspicion is the popular demand for change could radicalise politics faster than it did after the financial crisis in 2007-09.

Our ability to be in the flow of this change rather than reacting to it because of its perceived adverse effect is going to challenge many.

The key I have learnt is to listen to my body. It always has messages for me as to whether or not there is harmony in my life.

Lack of harmony indicates stress somewhere in our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

These blocks create a lack of harmony between what you are doing and your values and mission. Often manifesting in a pain or illness, usually as inflammation in a part of your body. 

This correlates to a block or imbalance in the energy flowing around it. To help ensure you can identify their cause as the ”new normal” emerges, I have added “Are You The Master Of Creating Harmony In Your Life?” to my articles.

Its essence is when we have harmony in our life we no longer are controlled by our turbulent mind. 

  Willing To Be The Master Of Your Life?  

When the mind is in a turbulent situation…

…emotion runs high, it will lead you to react impulsively…

…to be easily carried away with emotions and your awareness at the present moment is lost…

…for its uncontrolled thoughts drain out the life force energy in you, leaving you completely tired, frustrated and exhausted.

My intent is to help you discover your inner peace and strength as the pace of change begins increasing in this second half of 2023.

Never before have opportunities for release, re-birth and breakthroughs been so easy and so supported by all of Creation.

Harmony Slows The Decline In Your Brain Volume

This Full Moon Will Be A Turning Point In Your Life – Will You Enjoy It?💥

Our confidence and ability to lead will be at heights not experienced for almost two decades  

Seeking a deeper connection with the energetic realms?

This requires you live in singularity with all that is. Which we do through our heart. 

For this is the point of our connection to the Cosmos. 

A Turning Point To Awaken Your Heart Is Nigh

We have also been absorbing higher vibrations of photonic light. 

This flows from the increase in solar activity in terms of sunspots and solar flares from its minimum in December 2019.

The current solar cycle has already heated up more quickly than expected, with its sunspot activity more than 10% higher than the previous cycle.

Which has led experts to predict the peak will be a year earlier than usual, in 2024. This has also been visible in the auroras being seen across more of the planet´s night skies.

Another of the visible effects of moving through this period of transition!

Your emotional energy is also a vibration.

Vibrations are waves of energy. Which we speed up or slow down by our feelings.

These adjust our heart into a state of coherence or non-coherence with our Soul´s desires. So, influencing what we attract and experience in our lives.

As we enter the last half of 2023, so the cosmic energy is creating a turning point within ourselves.

We are also being guided to develop consciously and intentionally our intuition, our spiritual nature through complementing our extra sensory abilities. To accept we are the creator of our life and so live it.

The super full moon in Capricorn on 3rd July offers an opportunity to re-evaluate, re-structure, re-configure your aspirations and so direction.

Particularly, as to what you desire to achieve during the months to 21st December. 

Reading this post, then probably you are unsure how you “fit in”. You have an awareness others do not. You have never been able to quite explain how you know, which has created much self-doubt.

You know this world is changing and the planetary movements are designed to help us move beyond our turning point.

Enabling us to create the new era, which we do through our heart.

Power Is For You To Exercise With Love, Not Give Away To Others 😁

The Power Within

Are you aware you might be terrified of being powerful?

Last Saturday we completed three days of ceremony guiding participants to be in their power to live an authentic life.

Each was an entrepreneur seeking to adjust to what is emerging and step into the next phase in their life. To know their truth and be aligned with their authentic self.

What I have come to appreciate over the years is that the single biggest cause of pain and dis-comfort is the dis-connect people experience when not living an authentic life.

This manifesting in financial problems, relationship issues, physical pain, creative blocks, and even spiritual suffering.

Once they acknowledge the power of who they truly are, they are able to relieve that pain, accelerate their personal fulfilment and create truly meaningful lives.

Ready To Discover Your Power And How Amazing You Are?   

Some of the group were fathers of young children. The concluding discussion moved to how it is becoming more and more common for  children to maintain a deeper and stronger connection with Source.

Also, how they seem to be more confident in “remembering” broader aspects of who they are spiritually.

Meaning they will probably be more compassionate, interdependent, community-oriented, loving and wise.

What is often ignored, is that whilst in the womb the foetus is absorbing the energy surrounding it. Impacting the child´s subsequent life.

Current research in the field of epigenetics indicates the foetus begins establishing belief systems on a neural-biological level as early as three months before birth. My experience is that it is earlier.

These “new” children are simply bringing into form the higher frequencies we all have the power to create.

Only what was once considered unusual, will now be considered commonplace. Memories from other lives, spiritual understandings and even stronger intuitive abilities will be the new “normal”.

Meaning today’s children are born with an awareness that took many at least half their lives to accept!

This new emerging state was confirmed for me in the guidance I noted sometime ago. Everyone over the age of two now has the opportunity to enter into a new soul contract.

This each of us has the power to effect when we choose to.

For, being in your power means you are aligned with your truth, being your authentic self.

   Four steps to help you dance into your future

We are on the cusp of a major shift on Mother Earth – which will therefore impact humanity!

To heal ourselves and live a truly good life, we must learn how to stop trying to change the world outside of us and instead transform our inner world.

Living our life based on insight instead of eyesight.

Life Is Changing – It Is An Opportunity  

To do that we must build a spiritual root structure strong enough to withstand the unfolding changes, yet deep enough to tap our greatest potential.

Living from connection to our Inner Source instead of relying on external resources.

Something of an apparent paradox as the emerging age is based on collaboration rather than being separate. No longer holding to the belief we must do everything ourselves.

The objective is that each of us is empowered, creative, productive, and manifesting abundance no matter what situations we face.

To do so we need to change the stories we tell, the words we use and the beliefs we hold. All have the power to influence your gene expression and so become part of the very structure of your being.

As are your ancestors, your Soul and your DNA. They are all core components to what you express in your life.

Earlier today I was with a client at a high energy location where she guided herself through a re-birth.

In this all will be helped by Mars going retrograde on the 30th. What previously was not accessible will now become so. Providing us with new strength to confront, cleanse, and chart our course correction.

1st November brings a further thinning of the veils between the physical and spirit worlds.

On the same day a first quarter moon in Aquarius rises. It will bring clarity, strength of will and confidence to help us. It will also urge you to look past social and cultural expectations about “success” in your life.

The full moon in Pisces illuminates the night sky on 10th September and brings with it openness, creativity and culmination. One cycle is completing as another begins. 

You are asked to allow old identities, habits and stories to melt away so you can evolve. This moon is about embracing fantasy and the unseen world. Two themes central to Piscean energy that are only enhanced during this potent lunation.

This full moon calls you to step back from the physical bustle of life. To allow yourself to re-connect with the inspiration of your dream world, the hidden one created by your daydreams and visions.

It is here the clues to guide you to your success are hidden.

For many their only mark on the road to success is associated with climbing the corporate ladder or monetary wealth.

Three questions to help create your own reality

Planetary cycles create an ever-changing backdrop against which our day-to-day lives play out.

Some of these cycles are very long and others quite short, though all have an influence.

The lunar cycle is one we are all familiar with, as we watch the moon wax and wane across our sky.

Action Is Needed To Create Your Own Reality 

You probably know new moons symbolise the beginning of a new cycle. That in Leo last Thursday brought more than just any new beginning – its spotlight illuminates creative expression, star quality, flamboyance and heightened dramas.

This astrological energy is about aligning your ego and your conscious self – symbolised by the Sun,

Leo’s ruler – with your inner knowing and your soul’s destiny, symbolised by the Moon.

In other words, no matter your “story”, other timelines exist even though you may not be consciously focusing on them. Meaning you can shift your attention and awareness to them, should you so choose.

As souls in human bodies we are tremendously creative beings. Though I suspect we have yet to appreciate or even understand the depth and breadth of our creativity.

The purpose of this transition is to re-connect our conscious selves with our soul.

We are now in the last quarter moon in Aries. Last quarter moons represent turning points or crossroads.

28th July the new moon in Leo rises to infuse enthusiasm and passion into your life. Be courageous and bold, remember life is best when you are having fun.

We are already feeling the energy of the coming very rare triple conjunction of Uranus, Mars and the north node in Taurus on 31st July/1st August. This is the latest astrological marker indicating we are entering a new phase of evolution.

Destruction of an old way of life and ushering in of the “Great Reset”. It will also create massive vibrational shifts as Mother Earth upgrades – Taurus influences our bodies.
