Follow your gut and step back to notice how you feel

Very early on 31^st August the brightest full moon of 2023 will loom large in the sky. We have been watching it grow these last few evenings as it rises up over the Sera – quite an enthralling sight!

Usually a supermoon in a water sign such as Pisces will create inner stirrings as well as cascading emotions.

This Full Moon Brings Emotion, Inspiration And Creativity

This one will illuminate the skies with emotion, inspiration and creativity. It has though a deeper purpose to highlight lessons necessary for our evolution.

For this moon is connected to Saturn, the Lord of Karma.

It is encouraging us all to move beyond superficiality into something more meaningful and soulful.

Its call to fully face your feelings continues until May 2025. Before dipping back in again and finally leaving Pisces in February 2026.

Adding to this need for reflection is that not until after 10th October will there be fewer than five planets retrograde.

Everything appears to slow down when five or more planets are retrograde simultaneously – Uranus made the sixth earlier this week! Whilst Venus goes direct on 3rd September, Jupiter goes retrograde the next day.

Whilst each of the planets has a different focus, the purpose of these retrogrades is to encourage us to reflect, be calm and seek peace.

Only then will it be possible to identify the internal changes in attitude or behaviours necessary to make possible the change you desire.

However, we must first face a decision or transition from which there will be no turning back!

When you allow yourself to feel the truth, so you raise the vibration of consciousness.

This is the process we are all taking part in, and the effect is evident in the further proportion of humanity that is now consciously aware.

What you cling onto in the third and fourth dimensions will prevent you, at least temporarily, from experiencing the lightness of being that you are destined to experience as your fifth-dimensional self, your higher self.

Once singularity is embraced, whatever you see out there you know is also part of you. What is often viewed as the mirror effect!

That is the way you lighten your load and feel the way that you want to feel.

It has never been easier than now to accept thoughts that are going to serve you and those that will not.

With that awareness you can let go what does not serve you. Remembering, it was not random.

Feel what lies behind such thoughts. Feel the vibration, breathe into it.

Is it a vibration that gives you a good feeling or not? Discard one and enjoy the other.

That is a simple way to change your life and so your world.

Where Do My Beliefs Come From, Why Do I Allow Them To Direct My Life?☝️

You attract what you focus on and what you expect

Tired of feeling driven by the same patterns, behaviour, habits, and thought forms?

How about instead allowing your full potential to shine as you release the old patterns of the past?

Your Beliefs May Not Be True

The difference is the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us.

A belief is simply something you believe or accept as true. You believe it because you have read about it, perhaps someone you respect mentioned it, or, that is your experience.

Often beliefs are established by our perception of the way we believe our life to be and what we believe to be true.

Which does not mean they are actually true!

The beliefs could have been created from conception, in another life or inherited through our ancestral lineage.

Which is why we are almost always not aware of these beliefs, for they are unconscious – though direct all aspects of your life.

They could also be sending you in a direction that does not align with your needs, values and Soul´s desires!

That said, we need our beliefs, for as Johann Wolfgang von Goethe wrote:

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is”.

Also, our beliefs determine what we focus on and what we expect, and so what we attract.

We create our beliefs, consciously as well as unconsciously, holding onto them very tightly. For they create our identity and link to our values.

Honesty and integrity are values and never beliefs, even though they guide your decision-making.

Included in “Where Do My Beliefs Come From, Why Do I Allow Them To Direct My Life?” is an overview of the role of our unconscious mind and why it is so resistant to change.

The subsequent stress often causes a block in the physical body which creates inflammation.

The resulting pain and/or dis-comfort being a message from the body about beliefs needing to be addressed!

Regularly Challenge Your Beliefs

The good news is you can identify the sources of these blocks and so clear them. That way, you will be free of the old paradigms and create space for what you truly desire in your life.

No matter how many beliefs you may have altered, more are almost certainly in the process of creation. That is the nature of our human life!

The challenge lies in acknowledging this is the moment to recognise and honour what has served its purpose and to express gratitude before releasing the belief.

8^th August, was the peak of the Lion´s Gate as well as the beginning of the last quarter moon. A phase synonymous with release and letting go.

This one is in Taurus, the bull known for its staunch unwillingness to change!

The Lion´s Gate helps you to strip away all that is not yours, as well as unburdening yourself both physically and energetically. The energy continues until 12^th August.

Once you choose not to continue to hold onto any belief, other paths will open to you. Ones that align your head, your heart and your Soul where previously there were blocks.

Your Consciousness Evolving Or Your Life Still Held Back By Your Story?😄

To being masters of our own energy

Many, including myself, are feeling tired as a result of August´s first full moon and the impending Lion`s Gate, which began on 28^th July – consciousness evolving!

These energies also bring a sense of being “wired” as the new vibrations arriving are anchored in our physical bodies.

Consciousness Evolving Needs Creativity

There is no absolute or expected response to these ongoing energetic shifts.

Though my experience, and those of others, is Nature has a calming effect as it balances our disturbed energy.

More recently attention has become focused on the root chakra, which often does not feel so pleasant in the physical body!

This is part of the disposal process underway, so making space for the new energy to ground.

Which means our energetic bodies are being upgraded as well as the physical.

The impact of which will be to shorten the period to manifest, as well as moving further from any dense energies such as anger, fear, guilt and shame.

All of which can create the means to be more energised, with greater clarity and in tune with your own abilities, gifts and skills – so enhancing the consciousness evolving.

Do not become upset should you feel down, being human means our emotions and thoughts influence our consciousness.

Instead, be the observer of your consciousness evolving rather than caught up in the story which has been directing your life. For the words we use create our identity.

The Aquarian encouragement of being human, indicates structures will need to become more democratic in their operation. To be user rather than system centred.

To be Masters of our own energy.

This applies both personally and to our work.

For his premise is that established leadership is struggling to adapt to rapid, unpredictable change. This applies also to governments and institutions as well as each of us personally.

Hence, my belief a new modus operandi is needed to ensure continual adaptation for them to survive – whatever the size of organisation.

And personally, should what you are doing be making you feel miserable, nothing will work!

Once you find something you enjoy, all will start working.

That is a consequence of what is unfolding.

This Full Moon Is Going To Influence You To Live Your Life Differently🖐️

The next two decades will bring massive transformation

Do you recall what was happening in your life from December 2004 to June 2006?

What did you learn then that you can revisit and approach now with a new perspective and vantage point?

It will make the coming 18 months easier to navigate!

Why?

Because this is the period the lunar nodes take to move through each astrological sign before returning to where they were almost 19 years ago.

Be Free To Influence Yourself To Be Re-born

It is as though there is a DNA thread connecting each period. So, every occasion the node returns to the same position in your astral chart you have an opportunity to move to the next level of evolution for that house.

The north node has just moved into Aries and the south to Libra.

The influence of Pluto means you are being asked to stop, look and listen at what you are doing in your life that you love and what you really need to release so you can have a life

With the result many recent conversations have been about “I do not know what to do; what should I do?”

The process used to recognise her feelings and know she is worthy of loving herself, is also outlined.

Once she had integrated the feeling, she could then allow her direction to unfold. Another example of how sometimes we just have to wait until we receive the all clear to proceed!

With the north node in Aries opposing Pluto, the planet facilitating transformation, evolution and re-birth, we first must face our shadows and address our past.

Meaning we must listen to our feelings for guidance as to the actions to take.

The super moon rising on 1^st August will ask you to take a look at your habits and ask which no longer serves you?

Humanity´s Consciousness Continues To Rise

For the essence of this period is to stop sitting on the fence waiting for others to make choices for you. That said, exercise a tad of caution as they could bring lifelong changes!

Especially as Venus, the planet of love, sex, beauty, money and what we value, remains retrograde until 3rd September.

You could use the thinning of the veils around the Lion´s Gate peaking on 8^th August, to receive guidance from higher consciousness.

Whatever choice you make, remember to focus on taking small steps in order to build firm foundations.

Move from the hierarchy of control to the freedom of creativity

Are you interested in living in a world within the consciousness emerging for humanity?

That will begin once you give yourself permission to feel. Or, did you already dismiss it as inappropriate or, are not good enough to do so?

When you allow yourself to embrace the sensations of feeling, energy begins to move in a more integrated way.

You Can Accelerate The Consciousness Emerging

Until early 2025, it is essential you maintain balance in your life. This will require you to be the observer of events, not caught up in their emotional drama. When you stay present and feel, events resolve and so you find yourself in a win-win world.

For, such cycles of disruption are simultaneously cycles of initiation, bringing in new aspects and consciousness in the evolution of your life.

Which changes in each moment as you feel, breath by breath, whatever it is you have been avoiding feeling.

Then you begin to free yourself to make your unique contribution to the consciousness emerging. For it is only from within you influence the hologram of the world around you.

Seeking a deeper connection with the energetic realms?

This requires you live in singularity with all that is. Which we do through our heart.

For this is the point of our connection to the Cosmos.

A Turning Point To Awaken Your Heart Is Nigh

We have also been absorbing higher vibrations of photonic light.

This flows from the increase in solar activity in terms of sunspots and solar flares from its minimum in December 2019.

The current solar cycle has already heated up more quickly than expected, with its sunspot activity more than 10% higher than the previous cycle.

Which has led experts to predict the peak will be a year earlier than usual, in 2024. This has also been visible in the auroras being seen across more of the planet´s night skies.

Another of the visible effects of moving through this period of transition!

Your emotional energy is also a vibration.

Vibrations are waves of energy. Which we speed up or slow down by our feelings.

These adjust our heart into a state of coherence or non-coherence with our Soul´s desires. So, influencing what we attract and experience in our lives.

As we enter the last half of 2023, so the cosmic energy is creating a turning point within ourselves.

Yes, Source is constantly communicating with us and it is up to each of us to hone our ability to truly listen.

Shamans have developed this capacity for thousands of years. We have always understood all of Creation wants to create through us.

Look into the eyes of those around you. Children today are more connected to Source, more creative. Many, many of these voices of our future seem distant from the systems created to serve the old paradigm.

For our society and Mother Earth are in a state of profound transition.

However, we have one unique characteristic that transcends the abilities of all other organisms – we can adapt to any environment.
