Four steps to improve your connection with others

The most important action we need to take for 2023 is not to be tempted to look back to the halcyon days we tell ourselves previously existed, that is not possible.

Whilst it may be familiar, it does not offer us growth. The only way to grow is to focus on the direction you desire, even though into unknown territory.

Being In Connection With Yourself Is Essential For 2023

When you do, the change you initiate creates momentum because ultimately it invites you inward.

This is where all the teachings over the ages have invited us to come. Then we have connection with our inner guidance and can focus our energy.

Allowing us to move into and embody our heart and lower chakras so they meld and begin to operate as one.

Once they merge, you have access to the abundant wisdom that is constantly available, and you start to trust your gut feelings.

This Inner Wisdom knows the truth of who you are and there is a conscious connection to all parts of your being. Then you will have the courage to address what previously you sought to avoid.

When we go around or avoid something – an emotion or belief you do not choose to feel or a circumstance which triggers you – it creates a distortion or conflict in the flow of your energy. Dis-connecting you from the Inner Wisdom of your true self.

Once connected as the true you, that energy flows through every aspect of your life and events unfold without effort.

Whenever your energy is dispersed, events take over.

When there is connection, our energy is organised and empowered, so manifesting our desires can happen.

2023 has the potential to be the moment your dreams begin to manifest.

It will also bring a taste of Pluto´s offering over the next 20 years.

Pluto is the most intense planet in our solar system and often acts like a phoenix. Painfully destroying what is no longer working so humanity can evolve.

The only way to grow is to focus on the direction you desire.

Mercury goes direct on the 18^th and Uranus on the 22^nd. The next retrograde is not until 21^st April. Providing us all with the breathing space to sign contracts, launch businesses, begin official relationships, and make important decisions you intend to last forever.

21^st January brings the Aquarian energy of the new moon. Encouraging you to embrace your independent nature rather than follow the status quo.

Aquarian energy is all about vision, creativity and new perspectives. It helps to facilitate curiosity and inspires you to consider different possibilities.

It will also urge you to question the routines, habits and status quo in your life no longer supporting your Soul´s desires.

Giving you space to improve your connection to all others.

Water is about to flow us into 2023.

As we do so we are being asked to accept responsibility for our lives. Only then can we create a new reality, the one we shape.

We have been moving toward this opportunity for more than a century.

Have You Cleaned Out What Is Clouding Your Vision?

Thought leaders such as Einstein, Madame Blavatsky, Rudolph Steiner, Charles, Myrtle Fillmore, Ernest Holmes, Napoleon Hill, and many others date to the early 1900s.

They contributed to understanding our perspectives and thoughts create our life experiences, our reality.

Providing us with the opportunity to create a world that reflects who we truly are – individually and collectively.

Doing so requires you to first recognise and accept yourself. Hence, why many contacts and myself have been commenting on past feelings, images and moods surfacing.

For to create the new, means we must first wipe the slate clean of the limitations and constraints within each of us.

Only then can you step forward.

Permitting you to take back control of the story YOU decide is true about yourself.

Until then your human instincts remain in control.

Your Instinct Comes From The Stone Age

My suggestion is that as part of your reflection on this past year, you include remembering your unique, vital and irreplaceable role in the Cosmic plan.

The role only YOU can play.

Then you can open the next chapter in your life. The one no longer directed by the instinct of survival.

This was created in our hunter-gatherer past. As I was reminded in a Harvard Business Review article: “you can take the person out of the Stone Age, though you cannot take the Stone Age out of the person!”

”Is Instinct Directing Your Life Or Your Small Quiet Voice Leading You? details seven thoughts and emotions that best served our ancestors and so were programmed into their psyches. These continue to direct many aspects of human behaviour today.

Often perpetuated in the annual resolution setting, though usually phrased as goals.

Most of which are based on the non-sensical, non-existent, impossible, irrational idea that one day, when you achieve all you have set out to, you will feel good about yourself.

You will feel worthy and so loved.

Actually, only thoughts create our life experiences, our reality.

Think happy = Feel happy

Think crappy = Feel crappy

After reading the seven thoughts and emotions, you will understand why the process creates more self-sabotage, procrastination, self-flagellation limiting your potential.

This coming period is providing an opportunity to change the dynamic, the unconscious instinct/beliefs directing your life.

Dream Into Being Beyond Your Instinct

To do so means creating a new story about your life, one which includes what you dream about being and experience. Then your life will begin to change.

You will no longer be lost or dis-connected from your small quiet voice seeking to guide your next step.

The astrology of 2023 begins with four planets in the sign of external authorities such as governments and corporations squared to the wounded warrior Chiron, in Aries.

Venus is about to emerge renewed from Pluto´s underworld. Symbolising the rise of the feminine on the verge of liberation as she moves toward entering freedom loving Aquarius.

Mercury has just turned retrograde until 18^th January, reminding us to think twice before speaking, committing, or signing agreements.

2023 promises to re-define our collective story, to move us toward creating a world of equity, sustainability and peace. The challenges facing humanity have the potential to be resolved in the coming ten years.

Accepting self-responsibility is one of the fundamental lessons to creating the life you desire. Everyone has their small quiet voice, following it is the sure path to fulfilment.

Four key choices to immerse yourself in all that 2023 will offer

Today the last new moon of 2022 rises.

Whatever you are celebrating, this is a season when we contemplate the power of Light.

Science indicates that Light represents pure potential, the un-manifest form of possibility. One of our tasks is to translate this into form, to turn potential into what we see, sense and feel.

Is Your Choice To Work With Heart Or Control Energy?

Before doing so you need to review all of the possibilities and potentials for what you are trying to “manifest”.

That way you create a “vibrational match” to what you desire to experience in your life.

Then you are the change you want to see in your world. Energetically you have to create what you desire before you can experience it physically.

To create abundantly you must first be in the energy field that is abundance. To create sustainability, you must first be in the field that is sustainable, etc..

Today´s new moon in Capricorn opens a doorway into our lives as well as bringing such opportunities. It is asking us to assess our Soul´s objectives and desires and how we might reach them.

Mother Earth and humanity are at the turning point of choice – whether or not to work with heart as opposed to control energy?

Six pointers to a lack of self-trust

Struggling with the rain, the snow and whatever else the weather is throwing at you?

Have you noticed it all seems to be about an excess of Water?

Magic Happens When You Relax And Trust Yourself

Viewed by shamans as a female energy, it is the universal fuel of existence. Water symbolises growth by feeding all life forms on Mother Earth, it rules our emotional body.

It seeks to nurture through slowing down life in order to create balance. Hence, signifying emotions, intuition, healing and reflection.

These last few days of 2022 and for most of January 2023, we need to trust this is our moment to be calm. Surrendering to the flow rather than seeking to charge onward into new territory.

We are sitting in the void between the old and new chapters of our life. This is where you create magic.

Including initiating a new level of human experience!

To do so we are being assisted by four astrological events, one after another.

Tomorrow, 19^th December, we are bathed in Galactic frequencies from the alignment of Mother Earth, the Sun and the Galactic centre along the plane of our Milky Way galaxy.

The Galactic centre is the source of our Soul’s highest desires and the evolutionary purpose our Soul has chosen for this lifetime.

However, Capricorn´s influence suggests you may experience some resistance to your plans and initiating new projects, relationships and ideas.

The day after marks the solstice, birthing the shortest and darkest day of the year.

Take responsibility for your life

The sign of yesterday´s full moon, Gemini, is always asking questions. It is also part of a much larger storyline coming to a head.

The start of this cycle was October 2021 with a focus on how our sense of self and individual motivations affect the other people we encounter in life.

Inviting Your Addictions To Continue In The New Chapter?

Absorb all you have learnt since then and assess how it has helped you to further your sense of self. Reflect on the part others have played in your journey.

Then ask yourself…

…what is the next chapter I am writing for my future? What do I desire? Am I addicted to old stories? Are those tales aligned with beliefs that now conflict with who I am becoming?

This is your chance to evaluate how your mindset has hindered personal and relational potential.

Currently we are in the flow of transformational energy as we dance between worlds, one foot in the old and another in the new.

Gratitude and joyfulness have the power to change your life

We are arriving at the dawn of a new era, a new generation, a new earth.

Signs of the re-structuring are present in the media headlines.

Established forces opposing the threat to existing structures.

The coming two years will determine not who holds sway, rather the form of what emerges. For we are involved in intense cycles of evolution.

Ready To Invite Your ‘Stuff’ To Fall Away?

As the latest Message From Source indicates:

For it is a cycle. No one can oppose the cycle, it has its own destiny. Though at this juncture there are several cycles playing out in terms of humanity´s evolution.

These cycles are creating, allowing evolution to accelerate. The choice is how each of you participates. Know only the cycles are designed to provide the arena in which each soul can choose its own path. Whilst nothing will be forced, the cycle will continue.”

We cannot push, force, or take others on this quest. They must make their own path to truth.

Slow down, reflect, and look back upon your life

As a species, we are past masters at tolerating dis-comfort.

Whilst the news has been full of fear and worry for a very long period…

… there are also multiple stories of how incredibly adaptable, resilient and tough human beings are as a species.

In fact, even though you may not feel like it right now, I know you are too!

Look Back On The End Of An Era

What is interesting about this is…

…whilst being resilient and tough are absolutely essential traits for us to develop, especially in chaotic periods such as this, they can also sabotage our lives!

Because when we focus too much on being tough, and tolerating pain, dis-comfort and dis-content…

… we can lose touch with the fact our dis-content is a message we need to change something in our lives…

Amongst September´s themes is an invitation to start the process of clearing away the residue of the weight we have been carrying in our mind.

So, enabling us to become free to step into joy.

The last quarter moon rises on 17^th September. Challenging you to communicate from the heart, re-establish connection with your Soul, and placing your faith in your senses.

You may have recently been focusing on a certain person, living situation, occupation, or way of life, believing that this is what you “need” in your life in order to feel happy, content or successful.

This though is merely an illusion of the ego. You have so much beauty and potential inside of you, this is what you must focus on. This is where you will find spiritual fulfilment, confidence, and a greater sense of well-being.

Turbulence Will Mark The End Of An Era

The last quarter moon is all about turning points and crossroads. In Gemini, you are asked to look within, to communicate with your Soul, and recognise what you already have at your fingertips.

This moon will encourage you to be receptive, to receiving insight and direction from unexpected sources within, from your instincts and intuition.

These and other movements will create during September, October and November a sense of restlessness, an intense desire for change or have change imposed on you from external sources.

The presence of Uranus will create sudden surges in evolution.

Our actions during these months will determine the form of the new which emerges by the end of December.

Just a reminder, the objective of this current period of transition is to re-connect our conscious selves with the Light of our Soul.

Slowing down, reflecting and looking back on our lives will be essential in choosing what we initiate. It is not the moment to even try to tough out any dis-comfort.
