What can I say about staying at Quinta da Luz,  how to describe this unique experience.  The warmth and love, both flowing from the mountain, vibrating  in every corner of this truly magical home and emanating from Caroline and Gregory, in two different but  pure ways……

Caroline, who  is so much wiser, brighter and so much more the keeper of this special energy, than she realises.  Gregory, with his  warmth, so obviously carrying the wisdom of the mountain.  Putting all of these special elements together, adding the life giving  food, spartapus  the cat (another Guardian of the house energy), the magical garden, the special energy of the area and the calm………

…….You end up with the perfect setting for a life altering experience.  Which is exactly what happened to me.  I did not know I was going to stay here.  I did not know I was going to the mountain.  I did not know I would be doing energetic work up there.  I did not know it would change everything.  And in the same time, even while going through the experience, it was so clear to see how I have been preparing for these events for a long time.

Thank you, Caroline and Gregory for everything.  For your heart  warming  hospitality.  For your love and care in so many ways.  Also thank you Naomi (also staying here) for your truly special energy light and amazing conversations.   Just thank you.  I will come back and continue the teachings in the garden, on the mountain and through the wonderful people living here.
