Each day we gain new experiences, almost always with an emotional impact

Each of us is stepping into new realities in every moment, and there are no limitations being placed upon you.

The only limitations are those we place upon ourselves.

For, each of us is creating each and every moment for ourselves. Depending on who you are, for some this is consciously, others unconsciously.

This is part of the process of recognising we all have untapped potential within each of us. However, the only way to help make others aware of their potential is to first take action for yourself.

The creative power is in our experience, and how we then provide a beacon for others to seek their own.

Compassion Goes Beyond Feeling With The Other

As the energies rise, so we are becoming more sensitive to them. With the result many now feel more affected by those they sense swirling around them.

Empathy is when we resonate with the positive and/or negative feelings of others. Meaning you feel happy at the joy of others, and distressed when you observe someone in physical or mental pain.

Compassion though goes beyond feeling with the other to feeling for the other – which is why there is a difference between it and empathy.

Compassion is one of the fundamental qualities of being human.

It is the subject of my latest article. And, has been ever present since my wife broke her wrist over one week ago.

There have been many lessons whilst feeling empathy for her pain as well as caring for her. There have of course been a few role changes as well!

Ready To Right The Imbalances Created By Your Beliefs?

Earlier this week an appointment was made for the cast to be removed in the middle of March, so good progress is being made!

There is quite a difference between empathy and compassion, for they activate different parts of the brain. With the result we experience different feelings and so memories.

True compassion goes beyond understanding another person’s suffering. The compassionate feel compelled to do something to help or relieve the suffering they see before them.

The latest Message From Source brought this insight:

“Then you will focus your creative powers on what it is you desire in your life. View these as creating the building blocks on which you then create the life you desire. This is how you will plant the seeds of creation.”

Righting the imbalances within requires conscious action.

The most effective method I have found is whenever you notice a surge of a difficult emotion—boredom, contempt, remorse, shame—pause, put your hand on your heart.

This activates the release of oxytocin, the hormone of safety and trust.

Understanding who you are will allow you to make choices based on your power

How did you feel over the last two weeks?

For me and many others, there was a need to slow down. Some being forced to by physical pain!

Was this triggered by Pluto´s move into Aquarius, or your own stuff calling to be addressed? It might have even been both!

Then a few days ago all planets moved direct and life seems far lighter!

Welcome to the twists and turns of 2024!

As I have written before, its focus is to enable us all to grasp self-empowerment. This will enable you to regain your power and live with the freedom to be yourself.

Have You Ever Wondered Who You Are?

As we move deeper into the collaborative Age of Aquarius, there will be an emphasis on accepting the Creator, God, Source is within each of us, not outside.

The purpose is to know yourself as the whole being you are, not just the one you have grown up with! Rather to know yourself as a multidimensional being that is part of all of Creation.

This is the message I was asked to communicate in my latest article.

In it is my overview of the key steps in the evolution of the Cosmos from which Mother Earth and so humanity have emerged!

What science has been unable to confirm is how and why stardust and life came into existence. Perhaps there is a guiding hand somewhere in play?

The 99.9% of the DNA of humans, our genome, is the same in every person. It is only the 0.1% variation that makes each of us slightly different from one another!

The coming month will bring more of your different pieces back together again. Helping you to know yourself more thoroughly, so you have the freedom to live your life as such.

The latest Message From Source reminded us the Cosmos as a whole is accelerating. It also broadened the message with this outline:

We are noticing more choosing to step into leadership of their life, so allowing this to expand to include all of humanity. The coming two years will have moments of challenge for each of you, though that will be intense should you not know who you are.”

To help you do so, some key signs you know yourself are detailed, as well as a process to help you resolve any barriers to you doing so.

Each of us has been given the opportunity to incarnate during this transition. This is not simply to clear away any karmic debt etc..

We are also being given the opportunity to add to our abilities, gifts and skills. Which is why it is essential you first know yourself as the whole being you are.

Then you will have the peace and calm within you to hear your inner wisdom, and trust it!

This will have an impact on all your relationships. For, the act of communicating your experiences breeds compassion.

Compassion helps raise consciousness for it reminds you we are all part of the Creator’s energy!

Do You Know Who Are You And What You Need To Clear?😇

Your inner work will initiate a shift in your external world

What does it mean to know who you are?

At this very moment, you have the power within you to craft the story of your life the way you desire it?

Are you ready to claim it?

My epiphany came many years ago when I was the CEO of a technology group I had taken public.

Intense lower back pain stopped me from driving to work and leading what most would consider a “normal life”.

A space for reflection had been created – only through the pain I did not view it as such

Clear Within To Shift To A Different Reality

One afternoon, moving slowly along a country path I had walked many times before, smelling the recent rain in the air, and looking at the large, fluffy white clouds moving across the sky, my head was full of Position: Purpose; Position: Purpose; Position: Purpose.

As I began the slow walk home, my choice had been made.

To no longer allow my life to be directed by a belief I had held since the age of seven.

My story had been to attract the love of my father, I needed to be a successful businessman. And, here I was breaking down under the pain of achieving it!

Later, I came to realise my experience was a metaphor for my life.

My body was sending me a vital message about the story I had been living.

So, began the process of re-connecting with my energy to re-calibrate and begin the process of creating a new story for my life.

One aligned with my desires and passion. One that brought fun and joy into my life rather than a sense of obligation.

2024 is about allowing us to release what is no longer working.

This new energy is calling us to look within ourselves. For, doing the inner work will initiate a shift in your external world.

This is the message I was asked to communicate in my latest article.

Each of us has the power to step forward as the master that is within us, following the call to change our lives and so change this world. Our choice is how we answer the call.

The focus of 2024 is self-empowerment, enabling you to regain your power and find a way to live with freedom.

Three Questions To Being Clear On Your Dreams

Doing so requires you to be clear of all that is draining you, all the old energies your body knows need transformation and healing.

This broadened in the latest Message From Source to remind us:

Soon you will become more aware of your connection to all that is. This is not only to other humans, it includes your planet, its other inhabitants and so all that is present in your galaxy.”

Once we clear the stories and the shackles of our beliefs and patterning, our fight, flight or freeze re-action will relax. To the benefit of our parasympathetic system, and so our overall health.

Remember, even though you may not agree with something, it exists for a purpose, or else it would not exist! And, everything is the Creator, it is love and everything is you.

Yes, there is at present much uncertainty in life, so creating a sense of chaos. However, chaos also opens us to possibility for it is from here the new can be created far more easily!

Chaos also means that anything can emerge – what you focus on is what you will create.

You Are Nearer To The Fifth Dimension Than You Think 🌄

There you will notice your focus is in the present moment

We are now standing at the entrance to the energy of 2024.

All turns of our calendar are more than a chronological event, it is a moment filled with hope, renewal, and the promise of new arrivals.

The Creator’s eternal promise is to bring forth something remarkable and transformative in our lives.

However, to change your life, you must first alter the meanings and stories you have about it. Then we free our physical world, including our bodies, to absorb all the quantum potential available to us all.

When we choose to allow us to do so!

That is when we have the power to challenge and expedite how to replace separation with unity. Choosing every experience from a place of power and mastery. Instead of choosing them from a place of shame, guilt or fear.

Whilst returning from Egypt, I was reflecting on the intensity of the energy and the stories about its past. This led me to ponder on the nature of where humanity is heading – the Fifth Dimension!

The Gateway To The Fifth Dimension Is Open

This forms the basis of my latest article. The understanding of what this means has been known for many decades, even centuries.

One of my tasks in Egypt was in connection with Mother Earth returning to the Fifth Dimension. Humanity is following.

In recent decades, there has been confusion over definitions and dates of when this spiritual, not religious, transformation will take place.

Which it can only do once all is in place!

Hence, the current chaos!

Also, my learning is that the actual form of what will emerge continues to evolve until the moment before it happens!

That is because evolution is not linear, rather it is in constant flow. And, the pace seems to have been accelerating these past five years or so.

The latest insights in Message From Source can be summarised as:

Freedom will permeate all aspects of your life with a different feeling as to its presence.”

It also contains the current expectation as to when the move will be completed. This will affect the physical body.

Listen To Yourself, Believe In Who You Are

2024 is going to deepen our journey into the new world we are creating. It will be moving fast!

Along the way, there will be choices each of us need to make.

Which Charles Eisenstein neatly summarised as:

We have to create miracles. A miracle is something that is impossible from an old story but possible from within a new one. It is an expansion of what is possible.”

The ask is that we each take charge of our life, believing in ourselves to create our dreams.

Which will require you to remain at peace and calm!

My last quote is from texts attributed to Hermes, the Messenger of the Gods and the Greek reincarnation of the Egyptian wisdom god Thoth.

In this one, Hermes laments the decline of ancient Egyptian wisdom and knowledge and the creation of a barren Earth. Thoth prophesies this will be remedied, adding

..such is the new birth of the cosmos it is a making again of all things good. A holy and all inspiring restoration of all nature and it is wrought inside the process of time by the eternal will of the Creator.”

Under This Full Moon Set Your Intentions To Create Your Dreams

As the festive season begins to wind down, now is the moment to contemplate what 2024 will bring for you.

As upheaval and chaos in the world around us continue, to me this is the moment to ensure that old, outdated energies are purged.

For, only then can you free your Soul to head in the direction of the intentions you choose.

2023 may have felt challenging, even unbalancing as our souls continue their evolution, using the energies of this period to evolve in ways not possible before.

Do Your Intentions Include Taking Responsibility?

The full moon in Cancer provides a poignant moment, beckoning us to explore the intricate dance between our hearts and minds. It also marks a cosmic crossroads, in which you need to choose which path is for you.

It is asking you to make a conscious choice.

The energy of 2024 will help us all take another step in this process of evolution.

To navigate the challenges and opportunities this transformative year holds it will be essential you have clarity as to what your Soul is seeking.

Will it change as the year unfolds – quite possibly for as the latest Message From Source confirms:

The actions you are all taking continue to accelerate this transition at a rate faster than was expected. You are all to be complimented for those actions and those you have yet to make. Whilst you may not see an immediate benefit, you will be able to sense the change is underway.”

For, only when life becomes intolerable do we accept the need to change. This is the period we have entered.

Though remember, what you believe shapes your actions, and so, your life!

As an eight universal year, 2024 offers unlimited potential and the unlimited energy to realise it.

Taking The Next Step Requires You To Know Your Truth

There are four different forms and feelings of love present

The energies of 2024 are already with us.

Many I have been talking to continue to identify resistance to what seems to be appearing for them.

Several have inklings as to their new direction, though cannot seem to quite make the first step toward it.

In Truth, Love Is Always Present

A conversation earlier today highlighted the fear of rejection – so stopping the step being taken, even though there is excitement in doing so?

Currently, the main thrust of the lessons for humanity is about love and fear.

You might think as souls come from love, are created of love, and live in a loving state they do not need to experience it.

However, love takes different forms, which raises questions about what is the soul seeking to experience.

My latest article sets out the current four different forms and feelings of love present. Each has a different tone and feeling to it.

The focus is on what it feels like to be without each, a mix or, all of these forms of love.

Even though love resonates at a level many times that of fear, we seem to all act from fear rather than love! Which is where any resistance sits.

It does not matter whether it is rational or irrational, emotionally we are triggered into a re-action.

Which then inadvertently defers your progress, even though love is always present – even when we believe we are unworthy to receive it!

However, should we choose to step beyond the limitation of beliefs such as fear, the consciousness of love comes to the fore.

A Chakra Upgrade Is On Its Way

To help us do so, earlier this year the presence of the higher heart, the harmonic heart, became more evident.

My guidance has indicated another step will take place around the coming Solstice with an upgrade to your chakras.

Each of you has the ability to create your own dreams and so lives.

Once you accept there is unlimited potential, once you step away from your limitations and concerns. This is the current focus for all of you.”

It is your choice as to whether you choose the feeling of what gives you joy, or the thought what you are doing is for the greatest and highest good of all.

How You Respond To This New Moon Will Guide Your Success For 2024💥

Do not underestimate the power of your joy, love and peace

Success is one of those themes that many of us grapple with on several levels.

For sometime, I have felt one part of the transition underway is to change how we create and measure abundance and success.

The question is how do we respond both personally and collectively as the community of humanity? For this is one of those profound themes within all of our lives

Your Attention Is Being Brought To How You Respond To Events

Most have probably had variable and limited success in achieving the results their thoughts had presented.

Very often these are not aligned with the inner feelings, creating conflict!

Dramatic events continue to bring to our attention how we respond – for the external reflects our internal world!

My sense is the new moon in Scorpio rising on 13^th November is initiating the moment to go beyond any memories of limitation.

Seeking to set us free from all the constructs, rules, regulations and beliefs currently restricting our lives.

For November is bringing us to the end of a cycle. A moment to strip off the layers so we can transform.

Death and re-birth.

This new moon in watery Scorpio is embraced by both feminine and masculine energy. Together they provide an emphasis of re-establishing balance between the divine feminine and sacred masculine.

The intensity of doing so peaking around the coming solstice early on 22nd December (UTC) as we move to the next phase of the cycle.

By then we will have started to emerge from the birth canal, ready for 2024 and the next steps in this cycle of evolution.

Which is why included in this article are various key points on the coming year.

The question we will face in the next few months is our willingness to trust and surrender.

Part of our purpose as souls having a human experience, is to help other humans live and experience their heaven on earth.

To do so we have to cultivate a deep connection to the Creator and to ourselves.

Self-awareness, self-responsibility and consciousness have to be cultivated in order to better hear and sense our inner wisdom and guidance.

These are the markers for the emerging era.

Ready To Live Your Truth, Or Your Deeply Buried, Irrational Emotions? 😄

Trust in yourself, your Soul and what is being created by you to experience

Do you know someone who continually refers to their same story of childhood trauma?

Perhaps they have visited a therapist more than once, and yet it never healed.

We all know what this feels like.

Your Shadow Holds Your Deepest Emotions

For the stories we tell ourselves can seem so inescapably real. They are part of who we are, our identity.

When I hear such stories, to me they indicate the person is living in the emotional beliefs of their shadow.

Most are afraid of our shadow for it contains all the unwanted trauma, pain and dis-comfort we would rather avoid.

Yet, as a shaman I know these vulnerable parts of us possess some of our most powerful gifts.

Only it requires courage to go there!

In my latest article I used David Hawkins´ Levels of Consciousness to list the eight emotions within the third dimension and below. He describes this overall consciousness as that of the victim/abuser.

The next seven levels rise from courage to bring about the self-empowered human, ready to step into the fifth dimension. This is the point in the process of evolution humanity is entering.

The eclipses and Samhain have brought many insightful dreams and conversations.

Lunar eclipses make visible our collective and personal shadow, providing an opportunity to reset the emotions of the beliefs held in our shadow realms.

Which leads back to trust in yourself, your Soul and what is being created by you to experience. It will mirror your inner beliefs, your emotions about yourself and all of creation.

Hence, the influence of your shadow.

For our inner journey precedes the next cycle of our creative expansion.

Only then can we move on to what we really desire, rather than clinging to the emotions of our history, fears or past wounds.

Courage Is Needed To Create The Self-empowered Human

Changing our response to what is presented to us. Then we arm ourselves with the awareness to move more gracefully through the turbulence continuing through next year!

As you take the first little step, so you will open more doorways for you to explore. Be willing to step into each with curiosity. That way you will unfold more of the potential you have exposed.”

The question we all face, is whether we will allow the next level of our soul´s evolution into our everyday human existence?

For many, simply contemplating the choice will bring forth fear, hesitation, or trepidation from their shadow.

Between now and 2025, the process will accelerate, becoming more evident in our lives.

So, the question for you is whether you have the courage to step through any fears or past ancestral wounding?

That is where you will find peace within and so help create it without.

This Turning Point Brings You The First Inkling Of Your New Life🐉

Use this moment to make lifetime choices

Most will probably experience the effects and change of the coming lunar eclipse on the exact day it takes place—or perhaps in the surrounding week.

Others may feel its echoes weeks before or after.

Whichever, it is setting up profound themes within all of our lives.

It may take at least six months for the new beyond the turning point to settle.

This Turning Point Is For You To Free Yourself

Under the light of the full moon, lunar eclipses illuminate our deeply buried emotions. The ones we have previously ignored, or avoided.

Conversations this past week or so have all been about people facing their underlying feelings and fears.

Only then has it been possible for the new they desire to create to begin to take form.

The path of this lunar eclipse on the 28^th is quite broad and will have an impact wider than us individually.

In particular, taking account of the planets linked to this partial eclipse, I have set out in my article the countries which will feel the tectonic shifts of Uranus.

Pluto, the planet of death, destruction, and the underworld, will influence another set of countries.

The tension Pluto creates will continue until next November when Pluto finally moves into Aquarius until 2044.

The eclipse´s link with Saturn will ensure plans and projects launched or initiated now have staying power.

My suggestion is to focus on your feelings as to what needs to be recognised and only then, on what you desire – no matter how far out it may seem!

Whilst it may seem difficult to be making decisions at this moment, we are being pushed to do so – it really is a most opportune moment!

Growth And Renewal Are Passed This Turning Point

The influence of Scorpio encouraging us to face our shadow continues into November.

It is also supporting the pursuit of projects you are passionate about.

Scorpio’s genius comes from the heart, the gut, the internal organs and the genitals. The messages from your body will let you know, one way or another, its feelings.

On the other hand, Taurus wants you to find peace through connecting with the physical – especially Nature.

This will help you acknowledge the changes you make.

A few days after the eclipse, the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain arrives at nightfall on 31st October and continues until sunset on 1st November.

As such it marks the moment when the veils between the worlds, that of the living and the dead, is at its thinnest.

Yes, the “eclipse season” is here – both will initiate change during this month.

Astrologers say that during eclipses the “lights go out” for a moment, and when they light up again, everything can feel a bit different.

This Ring Of Fire Will Initiate Changes

Life may be re-arranged.

Solar eclipses tend to be more exciting and joyous as they align you with the new beginnings and opportunities of your destiny.

Whereas lunar eclipses bring more emotion. In particular, breaking down what is not working, requiring you to face your underlying feelings and fears. For we must examine our place in the world and our way ahead.

Hence, why the eclipses together should be considered as chapter endings and new beginnings – whether you are ready for them or not!

For aspects which were hidden before may surface, enabling you to view them from a new perspective.

They can also be the moment of sudden, rapid, “life will never be the same” change. This is unfolding already in the external, now your internal world is the focus.

Though remember, when you create from your mind you are limited by your beliefs, as these were created by your experiences.

Meaning, you only allow yourself to receive new information that does not contradict your belief as to what is true.

When instead you listen to the messages from your body, you feel whether it resonates with you or not.

The visual beauty of this week´s solar eclipse is often referred to as the “ring of fire”. In the air sign Libra, it is seeking to create a balanced mind.

November Will Take Forward What You Initiate This Month

Then we head to the lunar eclipse on 28^th October.

This is the final one in the two years of the Taurus/Scorpio axis. As an Earth sign, Taurus is connected with all things grounded, material and solid.

The effects of its personal and global disruptions will only complete in spring 2025.

Together these eclipses will help lift the mental fog many have been experiencing. November taking forward what we initiate this month.

My suggestion is to confront head on the challenges that appear. Using them for awakening, healing, transformation and forgiveness.

Once we reach the end of December, we will look back and realise how dynamic, powerful, and transformative the coming weeks were!

2024 promises to be a year of continuing intense transformation, growth, and renewal, building on what we initiate during these last few months of 2023!
