To being masters of our own energy  

Many, including myself, are feeling tired as a result of August´s first full moon and the impending Lion`s Gate, which began on 28th July – consciousness evolving!

These energies also bring a sense of being “wired” as the new vibrations arriving are anchored in our physical bodies.

Consciousness Evolving Needs Creativity 

There is no absolute or expected response to these ongoing energetic shifts.

Though my experience, and those of others, is Nature has a calming effect as it balances our disturbed energy. 

More recently attention has become focused on the root chakra, which often does not feel so pleasant in the physical body!

This is part of the disposal process underway, so making space for the new energy to ground. 

Which means our energetic bodies are being upgraded as well as the physical.

The impact of which will be to shorten the period to manifest, as well as moving further from any dense energies such as anger, fear, guilt and shame.

All of which can create the means to be more energised, with greater clarity and in tune with your own abilities, gifts and skills – so enhancing the consciousness evolving.

Do not become upset should you feel down, being human means our emotions and thoughts influence our consciousness.

Instead, be the observer of your consciousness evolving rather than caught up in the story which has been directing your life. For the words we use create our identity.

The Aquarian encouragement of being human, indicates structures will need to become more democratic in their operation. To be user rather than system centred.

To be Masters of our own energy.

This applies both personally and to our work.

And personally, should what you are doing be making you feel miserable, nothing will work! 

Once you find something you enjoy, all will start working.

This Full Moon Is Going To Influence You To Live Your Life Differently🖐️

The next two decades will bring massive transformation  

Do you recall what was happening in your life from December 2004 to June 2006? 

What did you learn then that you can revisit and approach now with a new perspective and vantage point? 

It will make the coming 18 months easier to navigate!

Why? 

Because this is the period the lunar nodes take to move through each astrological sign before returning to where they were almost 19 years ago.

Be Free To Influence Yourself To Be Re-born

It is as though there is a DNA thread connecting each period. So, every occasion the node returns to the same position in your astral chart you have an opportunity to move to the next level of evolution for that house.

Once she had integrated the feeling, she could then allow her direction to unfold. Another example of how sometimes we just have to wait until we receive the all clear to proceed! 

With the north node in Aries opposing Pluto, the planet facilitating transformation, evolution and re-birth, we first must face our shadows and address our past.

Meaning we must listen to our feelings for guidance as to the actions to take.

The super moon rising on 1st August will ask you to take a look at your habits and ask which no longer serves you? 

Humanity´s Consciousness Continues To Rise

For the essence of this period is to stop sitting on the fence waiting for others to make choices for you. That said, exercise a tad of caution as they could bring lifelong changes!

Especially as Venus, the planet of love, sex, beauty, money and what we value, remains retrograde until 3rd September.

You could use the thinning of the veils around the Lion´s Gate peaking on 8th August, to receive guidance from higher consciousness.

Until early 2025, it is essential you maintain balance in your life. This will require you to be the observer of events, not caught up in their emotional drama. When you stay present and feel, events resolve and so you find yourself in a win-win world.

Our confidence and ability to lead will be at heights not experienced for almost two decades  

Seeking a deeper connection with the energetic realms?

This requires you live in singularity with all that is. Which we do through our heart. 

For this is the point of our connection to the Cosmos. 

A Turning Point To Awaken Your Heart Is Nigh

We have also been absorbing higher vibrations of photonic light. 

This flows from the increase in solar activity in terms of sunspots and solar flares from its minimum in December 2019.

The current solar cycle has already heated up more quickly than expected, with its sunspot activity more than 10% higher than the previous cycle.

Which has led experts to predict the peak will be a year earlier than usual, in 2024. This has also been visible in the auroras being seen across more of the planet´s night skies.

Another of the visible effects of moving through this period of transition!

Your emotional energy is also a vibration.

Vibrations are waves of energy. Which we speed up or slow down by our feelings.

Move from separation to accepting everything is unified

The energy at the moment is encouraging us to be free of the old in order to start our walk along new pathways.

Paradoxically, to unstick ourselves we need to stop doing. Rather to enjoy the waiting, for only then can we begin to move forward.

Nothing is more frustrating than feeling stuck, whether in relationships, health, money, business, or life itself. The more stuck you feel, the more you struggle…

…and unfortunately, like quicksand, the more stuck you become!

The Cause Of Your Worry Is Not Trusting The Creator

How about viewing all those challenging moments are actually to help you step onto the new pathway? 

Only, it requires waiting for you to remember who you truly are.

Until you surrender, life will remain challenging even though we are here to continually meet it, embrace it, and allow us to expand.  

When you do, you open to a greater version of love and your Soul’s desires.

Are you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually ready to make a potentially rapid shift in your life, and to step along a pathway to a new beginning, by simply waiting? 

That destiny is what we are all here to live.

To me the only question is when are you going to allow it happen?

Later today, perhaps next month, next year, or perhaps in your last five minutes of this life…only you can make that choice.

Life is and always has been changing, only the intensity is greater at this moment.

All we can do is control our re-action to it rather than stop the inevitable change continuing. 

Waiting helps us to release the need for adrenaline and cortisol highs which keep us living in the re-active rather than creative mode of life. 

When we return to accepting our inherently divine nature, our vibration will rise. How any of us serve is how we most fully express our true self, our divine self – who we truly are.

Your physical body indicates whether or not there is a coherence between your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies, and your Soul´s desires.

Waiting Will Help You Regain Control Of Your Life 

Here is a surrender exercise to discover whether you are living out of alignment.

Be still, and focus your attention onto the centre of your being.

Then ask yourself: 

Is there any part of me that will benefit from relaxing at this moment to receive a higher vibration?”

Does any part of you feel tense? Allow that tension to be released, acknowledging any flow you sense.

As you release, what happens is your body opens itself to receive a greater flow of divine energy, a greater love, to move through you. This is always available to you. 

It is what I mean by surrender.

You are here to release any areas of tension and allow a greater flow of abundance, joy, and creativity to move through your body and so your life.

Healing is a natural by-product of trusting the flow of Cosmic energy.

Though often, we have to stand aside to allow us to receive it – hence the importance of waiting.

We also consciously and unconsciously create blocks when ignoring our inherently divine nature.

An ideal moment to launch a new business, project or programme

Individually and society as a whole is at its fork in the road.

The old is fading and the more who trust themselves to jump into the unknown, so the faster we will travel down the new fork – both collectively and individually.

This New Moon Has An Important Message  

The few days upto the new moon early on Sunday 18th June are for reflecting on important matters, focusing on completing projects, and taking a serious look at where you have been, are, and are heading.

The influence of the idealistic Neptune may lead you to focusing on what is missing, or what you have NOT done as opposed to all you have achieved and are at that moment. 

Emotional energy is a key element of creative power.

Often, instead of listening we ignore our feelings. Preferring to numb and suppress them, allowing our triggers to turn into stress that cripples us.

Such misunderstandings can prevent us from creating what we desire in our lives. Rather anger, frustration, bitterness and disappointment replace it.

Which in turn means we lose trust in ourselves and so the Creator. 

Your feelings are not you, unless you choose to assimilate them into your identity.

For emotions are a frequency of energy.

Operating in waves, they are variable and fluctuate continuously.

Low frequency means the energy is moving slowly – which includes stress, fear, anxiety or despair.

High frequency moves quickly. Creating coherence across your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.

The purpose of the emotion is to give you a signal something in your life is not aligned with your Soul´s intention. So, to take remedial action rather than just continue.

The frequency you emit calibrates your body and programmes your unconscious mind to notice and attract experiences and opportunities matching your emotional vibration.

Which is why the process of manifesting is not just mindset and thought.

It is also a physiological process. The emotional and physical bodies have to also align.

There is no more solid answer than you just have to do it!

All the trials and tribulations you went through to now were necessary to prepare you for the next phase of your journey.

Are you ready now to own who you came here to be and shed who you once were?

The Fantasies Of Daydreams Lead To Taking Action  

Oftentimes old wounds, issues or difficulties make us feel really dis-empowered by everything. Or, perhaps you also feel you have lost your inner compass, your North Star? 

Such experiences are a reminder of the need to go deeper into owning yourself. Stripping away more layers of who you once were.

Doing so will most probably trigger an emotional re-action. My advice to several recently has been to “just allow it to flow”.

For, now is the moment to take the chances you have only dreamt of upto now!

As you do so, one of the changes you may notice is in your relationships. For subtle energies are at work until August to remove conflict from them.

What I have noticed is that often it seems to be two steps forward and then one back. The inner critic surfacing to try and pull me back to where I have just left!

Such moments seem to be appearing ever more frequently as the higher consciousness seeks to pull us forward.

Spirit then rewarding you for stepping along the path of your life’s mission and staying true to yourself!

That is when you will be graced with one of the most important gifts of all: clarity.

This will enable you to make the connections you need and reveal hidden messages Spirit is sending you.

Though no matter how special this moment of clarity will be, it will not last forever.

Use it to see, observe, and absorb all the awareness and information you need. 

It will soon be required.

Which is where daydreams come in!

Use Daydreams To Enhance Your Creativity 

We have been taught they are just figments of our imagination.

Yes, daydreams are free thoughts and images unfettered from our active experience. They also are a brain function with great benefits.

Whilst daydreaming can reduce stress and anxiety, for me the main benefit is assisting with problem-solving and enhancing creativity.

In Daydreams Are Good For You, Do You Allow Your Mind To Wander? I have cited a Harvard study indicating on average we daydream almost half of our waking hours.

While teachers and adults usually discourage daydreaming, research into what is referred to in scientific circles as mind-wandering, argues it could be beneficial!

Daydreaming often centres on creating our future, which is why it is so prevalent in children. However, daydreaming is often viewed as a hallmark of those labelled as ADD/ADHD.

Yet, neurodiversity is on the rise as the new generation arrives.

Recent studies suggest creative thinking is enhanced when mind wandering lights up connections across a series of interacting brain regions.  

Which is why for many, deep and important truths about ourselves and the world around us seem to unfold from our daydreams.

Do What You Can With What You Have, Just The Way You Are 

That said, the very uncertainty of this transition is creating anxiety and doubt for almost all. 

However, what you cannot do is think your way out of self-doubt! Instead, just accept you are unsure and try anyway.

Your physical body indicates whether or not there is alignment with your Soul´s desires. Often, when living out of alignment, our bodies express this by sending a message through pain or illness.

My encouragement is to tap into the messages your body has for you at this moment.

Use the coming six months to refresh, rejuvenate and strengthen yourself for the major shifts ahead!

For January to July of 2024 will seem even more chaotic with another dose of Aquarian “wildness” of new twists and turns, global surprises and upheavals in society.

Have you Found Your Objective?

This is one of the best weeks ever!   

Seeking a deeper meaning, purpose, or intention in your life just now, then pay close attention to more than what appears in your external world.

For it is in your internal world you will find most guidance.

The Objective Of This Full Moon Is A New Beginning   

Taurus is the sign of our physical bodies and the Jupiter/node and Mercury/Uranus conjunctions, are both, yes, in Taurus.

Our bodies are our teachers, constantly providing messages.

Initially as subtle hints, which should they be ignored will grow into symptoms and then pain and dis-comfort. 

Listening to your inner voice brings a wealth of guidance, including which way to head and with whom.

Early on 4th June the full moon in Sagittarius rises. It will provide you with an optimistic approach to life and a belief it will improve, even should you feel surrounded by challenges!

A full moon usually indicates completion. However, the influence of Mars on this one creates a sense of new beginnings.

Encouraging you to express yourself, to see yourself, to allow yourself to change. Developing new avenues, awareness, and techniques as you adapt to the flow of this transition.

When you embrace the courage of your convictions, there is no limitation to what you can accomplish. Take it in both hands and choose your own objective and then your mission!

As Mother Earth, and so humanity, adjust to higher frequencies, what was considered magical or coincidental, will once more be within our power to manifest.

Though remember you are either connected or in separation. You cannot be in both states at the same moment!      

Your Objective Is To Embody Greater Possibility  

June is a month infused with calming, grounding energy that facilitates a deep connection to your personal journey.

In numerology it is a 13 month, and both the moon and sun are at 13º. This is the number of the divine feminine.

Its energy is about love and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on change, support and connection.

None of which fit too comfortably into the hierarchical structure of the society we are leaving. June is also the month of the Solstice.

The latest Message From Source concludes with this guidance: 

Be as the small child exploring a new toy. Free your imagination to create beyond your current desires. This is how each of you impacts the experience of all of creation. Which is the purpose of each and every soul.”

This full moon also conjuncts the Great Attractor, a supercluster of stars that contains our own Milky Way. Its energy is making this full moon even more potent with regard to our dreams and visions.
