Understanding who you are will allow you to make choices based on your power

How did you feel over the last two weeks?

For me and many others, there was a need to slow down. Some being forced to by physical pain!

Was this triggered by Pluto´s move into Aquarius, or your own stuff calling to be addressed? It might have even been both!

Then a few days ago all planets moved direct and life seems far lighter!

Welcome to the twists and turns of 2024!

As I have written before, its focus is to enable us all to grasp self-empowerment. This will enable you to regain your power and live with the freedom to be yourself.

Have You Ever Wondered Who You Are?

As we move deeper into the collaborative Age of Aquarius, there will be an emphasis on accepting the Creator, God, Source is within each of us, not outside.

The purpose is to know yourself as the whole being you are, not just the one you have grown up with! Rather to know yourself as a multidimensional being that is part of all of Creation.

This is the message I was asked to communicate in my latest article.

In it is my overview of the key steps in the evolution of the Cosmos from which Mother Earth and so humanity have emerged!

What science has been unable to confirm is how and why stardust and life came into existence. Perhaps there is a guiding hand somewhere in play?

The 99.9% of the DNA of humans, our genome, is the same in every person. It is only the 0.1% variation that makes each of us slightly different from one another!

The coming month will bring more of your different pieces back together again. Helping you to know yourself more thoroughly, so you have the freedom to live your life as such.

Nine indicators are provided to help you determine whether or not your internal identity is directing your life, so slowing down this process.

Key Signs You Know Yourself

The latest Message From Source reminded us the Cosmos as a whole is accelerating. It also broadened the message with this outline:

We are noticing more choosing to step into leadership of their life, so allowing this to expand to include all of humanity. The coming two years will have moments of challenge for each of you, though that will be intense should you not know who you are.”

To help you do so, some key signs you know yourself are detailed, as well as a process to help you resolve any barriers to you doing so.

Each of us has been given the opportunity to incarnate during this transition. This is not simply to clear away any karmic debt etc..

We are also being given the opportunity to add to our abilities, gifts and skills. Which is why it is essential you first know yourself as the whole being you are.

Then you will have the peace and calm within you to hear your inner wisdom, and trust it!

This will have an impact on all your relationships. For, the act of communicating your experiences breeds compassion.

Compassion helps raise consciousness for it reminds you we are all part of the Creator’s energy!

Are You Bold Enough To Allow Your Light To Be Seen?😌

The moment for renewal, new beginnings, spiritual and financial growth

Is there a great mystery to being human and having a human experience?

At birth, our 10 trillion cells contain the instructions to be abundantly healthy, wealthy, happy, fulfilled, etc. And, yet for some reason we choose to make our life a challenge!

More than that, we seem to have created a collective reality which supports this belief.

Pluto Will Shed Light On What To Compost

It is as though collectively we have forgotten the truth of who we are and the power we have to create all we desire. With the result, many spend a lifetime trying to remember.

The current transition is effecting a change to this scenario!!

One of the purposes of visiting Egypt was to be part of re-opening the libraries of information which have been closed over the millennia, both on Mother Earth and elsewhere.

Children born within the last decade arrive remembering they have unlimited capacity to create. Meaning we are in the process of reclaiming our creative potential.

In this, we are being guided by our dreams to remember we create the unlimited possibilities available to us all.

However, repetition is needed to build new neural pathways supporting our new dreams and belief system. Only then will our physical body and unconscious mind adapt to create a new comfort zone.

In the meantime, as I wrote in this article “expect to be confronted with your own beliefs about power, and how you, or do not, have the capacity to make important changes in your life.”

To grow your desires and dreams you need to catch these old limiting thought patterns and immediately return your focus to your new ones.

It does not need you to know the event which created them, simply thank it and shift your perspective onto your new creation.

Pluto is assisting you to shed light on that which is hidden and buried, both metaphorically and literally. Its purpose is to compost all that needs composting. Then new life emerges.

February Will Light Up Your Creativity And Passion

To dream beyond the horizon, and take steps towards bringing those dreams into your world.

Tomorrow´s full moon in Leo and other planetary movements are supporting your journey into the unknown that is emerging. The bravery and boldness of Leo are calling you to allow your inner light to shine brightly for all to see.

That way you will allow yourself to adapt in co-operation with what is emerging, rather than holding to the Darwinian view with its emphasis on competition.

For, it is the environment within the body that controls the genetics and behaviour of your body’s cells and organs.

The body’s internal environment is controlled by our unconscious mind’s “interpretation” of its external environment. And, Quantum science recognises “consciousness” as the creator of our reality.

One of the ways to help successfully navigate the current transition is provided in the Serenity Prayer:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

My conclusion is that what matters most is not the events themselves, instead it is how you act when they appear. This will determine who you become as a result.

Therefore, be curious and open to the insights and what they reveal for you.

The latest Message From Source contained this overview:

The coming three months will set the tone for the remainder of this year and almost all of the following six years. Do not be afraid to allow yourself to explore rather than take no action. For, this will leave you where you are as all else evolves around you!”

February brings the Chinese New Year of the wood dragon. Said to be one of the luckiest and most prosperous of years, full of unprecedented opportunities.

Do You Know Where To Go Looking To Find Your Creativity?

As we move beyond the end of November, Saturn continues to challenge us to face our fears, develop strength and resilience, and move beyond our perceived limitations.

For, our habits determine our destiny, not our history or current conditions.

Most people though are still reacting to their past and present with the same habits that took them where they are!

Creativity Comes From Your Heart

The choice we all have is to continue trying to facilitate change and help people with broken tools, or energise our creativity to form the new.

That way each of us gains control over what we create.

Doing so, you give yourself a sense of safety for you recognise you have the power to do so!

Acknowledging your creative power will impact all aspects of your life.

Whether in relationships or abundance, you need to define your life on your own terms, your way rather than by the beliefs of others.

We are all born with an infinite capacity for creation, though creativity has been recorded as declining for over 30 years!

Creativity is a motor of self-expression. It is your capacity to use your imagination to transform reality into something different, unique, and meaningful.

The magic wand that makes everything possible.

Which is why of recent date many have experienced disturbed sleep and flashback memories.

Saturn is helping us to identify the exact lessons we each need to learn in order to be free to evolve. Guiding us to integrate past experiences and alchemise the lessons into wisdom.

Do those words express anger, fear or love?

When you feel love, you know you are being true to your true self.

When you feel that creative inspiration, keep your attention on it, and let everything else take care of itself!

Still Need To Make The Choice As To What To Be In Your Life?

As we head into December we will be standing on the cusp of a creative revolution.

When, a new view of Nature emerged during this so-called scientific revolution, replacing the Greek view that had dominated human understanding for almost 2,000 years.

To continue our evolution, we must return to living in the energy of inspiration and possibility thinking.

The last part of November continues the call for endings and letting go to allow space for such new beginnings.

Ready For The Challenge Of This New Moon To Your Identity And Values? 😁

What you seed during this new moon will bloom into something wonderful

As I write this post we are in the dark phase of the moon. The moment to turn within and let go as this last lunar cycle is completed.

The new moon in Virgo rises early 15th September, until then find moments to be still, feel, listen and release. Be prepared for your identity and values to be challenged.

Your Identity And Values Are Hiding Who You Really Are

This is a fascinating new moon as only 19 hours after she rises, Mercury, who rules Virgo, stations direct.

Together they set into motion what we have been re-thinking, reviewing and revising these last few weeks. Once Mercury has gained forward momentum is the moment to begin to take action – suggesting late Saturday on!

As this moon has an emphasis on drawing us within and to the identity and values of our past, my encouragement is to review your experiences.

In particular, to ensure you fully understand where you have been before you take the next step.

Anything new you set into motion around your health and physical activity is supported.

The goddess that is Virgo is reminding us all we are sovereign beings. As such to stand in our power, to be who we are.

Uranus, the planet of awakening and change, is influencing this new moon to challenge our identity and values.

Should we continue to view life through our old stories, we will be confronted by them during this lunar cycle.

Their purpose is to eventually spark an awakening – though not just yet!

As I have set out in ”Ready For The Challenge Of This New Moon To Your Identity And Values?”, seven planets are currently retrograde.

Of the major planets, only Mars is moving fast and directly! He is the action planet of the zodiac, symbolising desire, drive and energy. Beware though of acting impulsively from ego!

This new moon will perhaps bring up beliefs that are seeking awareness, then healing. Then you will be free to discover who you really are!

Virgo is encouraging healing by integrating our past experiences, feeling them, accepting and forgiving them at their root cause. Freeing us to then step onward.

The September Equinox Marks A Major Point Of Choice

The latest Message From Source indicates this transition is proceeding faster than was expected. It also provides a sign you too are moving toward a different dimension.

It concludes with:

This is how you will then in turn be able to assist others. For this is your calling! It is not the intention to create a divided community between those who have and those who have yet to choose.”

Also in ”Ready For The Challenge Of This New Moon To Your Identity And Values?” is some information regarding the intensity of the sun´s rays.

These are playing a part in upgrading our bioelectrical DNA and so creating the environment in which humanity evolves.

On the 23^rd in Libra, we will find ourselves at the moment of equal light and shadow.

Some 75 years ago, science confirmed that around each equinox the solar winds create cracks in Mother Earth´s magnetosphere.

Meaning at each equinox it is possible to more easily receive information from higher dimensions. Hence, the indigenous practice of ceremonies at equinoxes.

For this is also the moment when our own personal energies come into alignment with the ebb and flow of Mother Earth and her seasons.

Libra´s scales reminding us of the importance of balance in our lives as we move from one identity into something else!

This is one of the best weeks ever!

Seeking a deeper meaning, purpose, or intention in your life just now, then pay close attention to more than what appears in your external world.

For it is in your internal world you will find most guidance.

The Objective Of This Full Moon Is A New Beginning

Taurus is the sign of our physical bodies and the Jupiter/node and Mercury/Uranus conjunctions, are both, yes, in Taurus.

Our bodies are our teachers, constantly providing messages.

Initially as subtle hints, which should they be ignored will grow into symptoms and then pain and dis-comfort.

Listening to your inner voice brings a wealth of guidance, including which way to head and with whom.

Early on 4^th June the full moon in Sagittarius rises. It will provide you with an optimistic approach to life and a belief it will improve, even should you feel surrounded by challenges!

A full moon usually indicates completion. However, the influence of Mars on this one creates a sense of new beginnings.

Encouraging you to express yourself, to see yourself, to allow yourself to change. Developing new avenues, awareness, and techniques as you adapt to the flow of this transition.

Its energy is about love and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on change, support and connection.

None of which fit too comfortably into the hierarchical structure of the society we are leaving. June is also the month of the Solstice.

This full moon also conjuncts the Great Attractor, a supercluster of stars that contains our own Milky Way. Its energy is making this full moon even more potent with regard to our dreams and visions.

Power Is For You To Exercise With Love, Not Give Away To Others 😁

Are you aware you might be terrified of being powerful?

Last Saturday we completed three days of ceremony guiding participants to be in their power to live an authentic life.

Each was an entrepreneur seeking to adjust to what is emerging and step into the next phase in their life. To know their truth and be aligned with their authentic self.

What I have come to appreciate over the years is that the single biggest cause of pain and dis-comfort is the dis-connect people experience when not living an authentic life.

This manifesting in financial problems, relationship issues, physical pain, creative blocks, and even spiritual suffering.

Once they acknowledge the power of who they truly are, they are able to relieve that pain, accelerate their personal fulfilment and create truly meaningful lives.

Ready To Discover Your Power And How Amazing You Are?

Some of the group were fathers of young children. The concluding discussion moved to how it is becoming more and more common for children to maintain a deeper and stronger connection with Source.

Also, how they seem to be more confident in “remembering” broader aspects of who they are spiritually.

Meaning they will probably be more compassionate, interdependent, community-oriented, loving and wise.

What is often ignored, is that whilst in the womb the foetus is absorbing the energy surrounding it. Impacting the child´s subsequent life.

Current research in the field of epigenetics indicates the foetus begins establishing belief systems on a neural-biological level as early as three months before birth. My experience is that it is earlier.

These “new” children are simply bringing into form the higher frequencies we all have the power to create.

Only what was once considered unusual, will now be considered commonplace. Memories from other lives, spiritual understandings and even stronger intuitive abilities will be the new “normal”.

Meaning today’s children are born with an awareness that took many at least half their lives to accept!

This new emerging state was confirmed for me in the guidance I noted sometime ago. Everyone over the age of two now has the opportunity to enter into a new soul contract.

This each of us has the power to effect when we choose to.

For, being in your power means you are aligned with your truth, being your authentic self.

Taurus, is the most steadfast and reliable Earth sign, offering a grounded energy that invites us to connect with our physical surroundings.

Encouraging us to appreciate the pleasures of the material world, whilst still maintaining an inner balance.

This transit is considered to be one of the more important ones in 2023 as it could very well indicate that something in your life is about to change.

Four steps to improve your connection with others

The most important action we need to take for 2023 is not to be tempted to look back to the halcyon days we tell ourselves previously existed, that is not possible.

Whilst it may be familiar, it does not offer us growth. The only way to grow is to focus on the direction you desire, even though into unknown territory.

Being In Connection With Yourself Is Essential For 2023

When you do, the change you initiate creates momentum because ultimately it invites you inward.

This is where all the teachings over the ages have invited us to come. Then we have connection with our inner guidance and can focus our energy.

Allowing us to move into and embody our heart and lower chakras so they meld and begin to operate as one.

Once they merge, you have access to the abundant wisdom that is constantly available, and you start to trust your gut feelings.

This Inner Wisdom knows the truth of who you are and there is a conscious connection to all parts of your being. Then you will have the courage to address what previously you sought to avoid.

When we go around or avoid something – an emotion or belief you do not choose to feel or a circumstance which triggers you – it creates a distortion or conflict in the flow of your energy. Dis-connecting you from the Inner Wisdom of your true self.

Once connected as the true you, that energy flows through every aspect of your life and events unfold without effort.

Whenever your energy is dispersed, events take over.

When there is connection, our energy is organised and empowered, so manifesting our desires can happen.

2023 has the potential to be the moment your dreams begin to manifest.

It will also bring a taste of Pluto´s offering over the next 20 years.

Mercury goes direct on the 18^th and Uranus on the 22^nd. The next retrograde is not until 21^st April. Providing us all with the breathing space to sign contracts, launch businesses, begin official relationships, and make important decisions you intend to last forever.

21^st January brings the Aquarian energy of the new moon. Encouraging you to embrace your independent nature rather than follow the status quo.

Aquarian energy is all about vision, creativity and new perspectives. It helps to facilitate curiosity and inspires you to consider different possibilities.

It will also urge you to question the routines, habits and status quo in your life no longer supporting your Soul´s desires.

Giving you space to improve your connection to all others.

Four steps to help you dance into your future

We are on the cusp of a major shift on Mother Earth – which will therefore impact humanity!

To heal ourselves and live a truly good life, we must learn how to stop trying to change the world outside of us and instead transform our inner world.

Living our life based on insight instead of eyesight.

Life Is Changing – It Is An Opportunity

To do that we must build a spiritual root structure strong enough to withstand the unfolding changes, yet deep enough to tap our greatest potential.

Living from connection to our Inner Source instead of relying on external resources.

Something of an apparent paradox as the emerging age is based on collaboration rather than being separate. No longer holding to the belief we must do everything ourselves.

The objective is that each of us is empowered, creative, productive, and manifesting abundance no matter what situations we face.

To do so we need to change the stories we tell, the words we use and the beliefs we hold. All have the power to influence your gene expression and so become part of the very structure of your being.

As are your ancestors, your Soul and your DNA. They are all core components to what you express in your life.

Earlier today I was with a client at a high energy location where she guided herself through a re-birth.

This is the essence of the shift which is underway.
