Are you aware you might be terrified of being powerful?

Last Saturday we completed three days of ceremony guiding participants to be in their power to live an authentic life.

Each was an entrepreneur seeking to adjust to what is emerging and step into the next phase in their life. To know their truth and be aligned with their authentic self.

What I have come to appreciate over the years is that the single biggest cause of pain and dis-comfort is the dis-connect people experience when not living an authentic life.

This manifesting in financial problems, relationship issues, physical pain, creative blocks, and even spiritual suffering.

Once they acknowledge the power of who they truly are, they are able to relieve that pain, accelerate their personal fulfilment and create truly meaningful lives.

Ready To Discover Your Power And How Amazing You Are?

Some of the group were fathers of young children. The concluding discussion moved to how it is becoming more and more common for children to maintain a deeper and stronger connection with Source.

Also, how they seem to be more confident in “remembering” broader aspects of who they are spiritually.

Meaning they will probably be more compassionate, interdependent, community-oriented, loving and wise.

What is often ignored, is that whilst in the womb the foetus is absorbing the energy surrounding it. Impacting the child´s subsequent life.

Current research in the field of epigenetics indicates the foetus begins establishing belief systems on a neural-biological level as early as three months before birth. My experience is that it is earlier.

These “new” children are simply bringing into form the higher frequencies we all have the power to create.

Only what was once considered unusual, will now be considered commonplace. Memories from other lives, spiritual understandings and even stronger intuitive abilities will be the new “normal”.

Meaning today’s children are born with an awareness that took many at least half their lives to accept!

This new emerging state was confirmed for me in the guidance I noted sometime ago. Everyone over the age of two now has the opportunity to enter into a new soul contract.

This each of us has the power to effect when we choose to.

For, being in your power means you are aligned with your truth, being your authentic self.

Your physical body indicates whether or not there is alignment with your Soul´s desires. Often, when living out of alignment, our bodies express this by sending a message through pain or illness.

Three steps to bring congruence into your life

Changing your direction can often be a challenge!

Why?

Because our unconscious mind is designed to react automatically. Habits such as walking or riding a bicycle use the neural pathways of your brain and nervous system to make them automatic.

Ancient Practices Had Their Heaven On Earth

That is how we have evolved, creating space for our creative power to be applied.

However, the challenge with this elegant system is that it requires conscious effort to change the direction of your neurological highway.

Hence, my repeated rejoinder to practice. For this is what helps create new neural pathways.

On how many occasions have you decided on a new course of action or direction and then critical thoughts have flowed in to make you question it?

Are the current energies and chaos making you feel lost, unsure, and searching for direction in life?

As the creator of your life, it is what you focus your thoughts and vibrations on that manifests.

Also included is an overview of the long-term decline in Mother Earth´s geomagnetic field. This has been associated with an increase in conflict. Both internally and between each other.

As well, there is the timeline for the current solar cycle. The intensity of which is greater than last year, let alone in 2018!

Meaning, Mother Earth and all its inhabitants are going swiftly through an upgrade as higher densities of photonic light and Cosmic energy arrive with us.

Three steps to help you start and grow your soul-aligned business

Do you feel powerful?

Actually, being empowered is essential to each of us. As children we go through two different developmental phases to teach us how to become powerful.

Though when we think of being powerful, most of us view it as the exercise of force.

The Collins English dictionary defines power as the: “ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.”

When we do not use our power correctly, we burn out, feel stuck or have no control over our lives. So, we are unable to maintain our well-being.

To Succeed Ask Your Soul To Help Guide You

Most of us have not learnt how to exercise our power. It comes from being aligned with our natural energy and being aware of our calling. The very reason for incarnating at this moment.

When we experience joy, harmony and sweetness in our lives, no matter how subtle, this lets us know we are on the path of our calling.

On many occasions yesterday I asked a group of clients about their calling. Had they heard their quiet inner voice confirming their direction? Several doubted the voice or feeling they had received. Not trusting it was their guidance.

My indication was to be open to how the communication comes. Be it an image, a feeling, words, or simple knowing, all are valid.

Though it may require a deliberate pause to be made from your usual activity.

There is often fear and tension around the idea of waiting. “How long? What if nothing happens?” “What if I “miss the boat?” “Where will the money come from?” “How will anything in my life happen?”

The root of this worry is really about our self-worth and the artificial value society places on us being busy. “Who am I if I am not doing?” And, “what is my value in the world if I am not busy doing something?”

The underlying cause of this worry is really about learning to trust Source. For it is terrifying to wait when you do not trust you are fully supported by Source. Often resulting in back pain.

This lack of trust is evidenced by the number of people who do not listen to, let alone follow their guidance. They therefore push too hard, too fast, too much in the wrong direction.

Then There Are Your Guides To Help Guide You

Using our vital energy to hold up masks and maintain facades that demonstrate to society who we think we “should be” in order to be loved, feel valued or successful. The only result of which will be to burn ourselves out!

Which will not create success in starting and growing your soul-aligned business!

Five questions to help master your life

My hope is this post finds you feeling successful?

Just at this moment, I am not!

It appears many others have similar impressions as in the past week I have been contacted by several seeking my perspective on their direction.

Most have been seeking to continue to push forward to an objective they have established. Instead procrastination and postponement have appeared.

For Magic, Balance And Harmony Are Essential

Should any of you have been using Tarot to help you through this “created crisis”, it is quite probable the Hanged Man has appeared at least once!

His message is clear: you will meet with challenges and obstacles if you attempt to keep driving through the energy of this moment.

Society´s mantra is we must soldier on and push through challenges. As I have said to many, continue to do so and your body will ensure you are provided with a much needed ‘time-out’.

Mine was back pain which forced me to stop and learn exactly what I needed to re-create success in my life.

Subsequently, what I have learnt is that whenever I grow, I have to look back and re-visit all the events I know are true.

Reviewing the themes of alignment, congruency, authenticity, empowerment, awareness and connection.

Evolution forces me to back to my basics as part of my internal re-calibration with my new, more evolved awareness. Which in turn brings a new slant and lesson on beliefs I considered to be closed.

Forming a new base for the next surge in your growth.

What I have learnt during this transition is that I continue to learn something new about myself on every occasion I dive in deeper into the basics of myself.

The constant reminder is that however much the mind may believe evolution is linear, it is not. Sometimes everything flows perfectly, other occasions it does not!

Each of us experiences cycles of re-alignment. The key is to use your more evolved perspective to seek the tweak to the lesson and then acknowledge it.

Only as I said to a recent visitor – please leave behind the stories about yourself and your life you have been telling. For until you do, that is what you will continue to attract into your life.

Dare to dream outside your knowns, outside the matrix of what you think is possible. Do so even though you may feel massive indecision. Not knowing where it will take you.

The numerology of 2022 is to re-weave the strands of our lives into a new home, a new experience of Mother Earth.

To “assist” in this evolution, we have the final eclipses of 2022 beginning at the end of October. The series in Taurus and Scorpio began at the end of 2021 and stay in these signs until October 2023.

One Spirit World

As you know already, we are transiting into a new era, a new Earth. Many different cultures have indicated this place metaphorically and literally for thousands of years.

Which means the transformation includes all on Earth as well as Mother Earth herself. The current seismic and solar activities and storms are portents of the physical shifts underway.

The messages from our ancestors across the globe let us know there would be this moment of Great Change. When people would join together on behalf of our Mother Earth.

What Are You Afraid Of? To Speak Your Truth To Yourself and Others?

Seven alternative views on fear

I was talking today to a client who said he felt he was going around in circles, not able to speak his truth

He was not short of ideas, putting them into action was altogether another matter. Procrastinating and perhaps making excuses as to why distractions kept pulling him away from speaking his truth.

Do you actively intend to do what you say you will? Or, do you allow words such as “try”, “hopefully” and “yes that´s good” make you a prisoner of inaction?

Are You Sabotaging Your Life, Unable To Speak Your Truth?

At this moment it seems almost all people have a wish to create new life. Some have clarity as to how it will look – the majority do not, nor should they at this moment.

Or, at least not until they have created space for the new to arrive.

This has been a recurring theme over the past few months as Mother Earth and the Cosmos shift into the new.

We are all on our journey and they all begin with that first little step into the unknown. An evolutionary step we can choose to take as part of our soul´s continuing evolution.

On many occasions people ask to see me because they feel too burned out to “live” their life. Procrastinating about where to direct it rather than doing what they know they need to do to manifest the life of their dreams or build their business.

Instead they feel exhausted and burnt out because of underlying patterns of self-sabotage linked to traumatic events from their past.

Trauma does not necessarily mean actual or threatened death, serious injury or sexual violence.

The definition set out in What Are You Afraid Of? To Speak Your Truth To Yourself and Others? is far broader. Many such events have occurred in other lives and been passed down the family lineage, not just in your childhood.

The beliefs created by your perception of such events direct your life, however much you seek to push through the beliefs. Their power is exercised through the anger, fear, guilt, hurt, sadness and shame they evoke within us.

Whilst the motivation is to protect, our re-action adds to the lack of harmony we are feeling in our lives.

Create Your Life Of Health And Wellness

Resolution requires you to complete the process of death and re-birth, the transition we are all undergoing at the moment. Until we do, we will continue to go around in circles.

Meaning as described in the latest Message From Source:

… you will not be able to be the Creator of what you desire. Others will take your place at the font of Creation.”

Tomorrow, 7^th June the first quarter moon in Virgo rises. It counsels caution and attention to details, while spurring you to act on your desires.

All first quarter moons bring obstacles and challenges related to whatever intentions you planted during the new moon. Excited by the possibilities for change and growth, the ground beneath you will not yet feel firm. This moon cautions you to approach important decisions with care and flexibility.

Yes, take that first step or even leap of faith, though when aligned with Virgo you must also pay attention to detail.

Your desire for change is being enhanced by the Sun in Gemini. Whilst Virgo is seeking discipline and responsibility, helping to align your intentions from where you find yourself.

The current moon cycle is about asking questions, having an open mind, a mind of wonder. Looking at your life more deeply, enquiring, and questioning the status quo and your own assumptions.

Remembering life is about creating health and wellness, not pain and dis-comfort.

What makes your heart feel happy and complete?

Ever felt like a husk of a human?

Burnt out, desperate for sleep, on pause, or feeling you are being passed by?

We feel there is more to life. Rather we know there is more to life.

Our soul whispers to us reminding us who we are and what we have the power to create.

I know, because I lived a life of doing and now live one of being.

We are living in an intense and dense period of transformation, especially if you are sensitive to energy.

The latest Message From Source begins by indicating ”What is unfolding for all is a new experience. The vibration of your Universe and so your Earth and yourselves is rising at a rate never experienced before. Hence why so many are suddenly becoming aware of physical conditions they had long forgotten or ignored.“

In my case this was a gluten intolerance I had long played with rather than addressed. For others it has been digestive issues re-surfacing.

During this transformational period of human history, 2017 to 2024, more people are going to feel they understand why they are here now. And understand what they are here to create.

The current new moon is supporting those who begin to challenge the current one-dimensional view of our world.

As we do so the question for each of us is how do we awaken our extraordinary potential before we become powerless to do so?

We cannot transform what we refuse to look at, or what we are unwilling to feel

2021 will NOT be a game-changing year in your business and your personal life, rather the game will change.

In fact all the games in town will change.

Business, relationships, government, technology all will experience rapid, accelerated and unexpected change.

Whilst uncomfortable, and at times maybe even a little unnerving, there is a grander vision unfolding that will bring to light a greater purpose by the time we reach the end of 2021.

The title itself provides a clue as to the direction we are being offered.

And Then There Is Fun And Joy Of The #5

The Universal year number for 2021 is 5 – which relates to instability, change, volatility, exploration, freedom and daring adventure.

The number 5 enables expansion, the capacity to live life outside of the box, and to push the boundaries of a full 360º, through all directions of time and space.

All of which requires as to stop looking backward and instead choose to step into the unknown. This will be the challenge for most during 2021.

There will seem to be a tug-of-war underway.

On one side our desire to build a new society with fresh, radical ideals. And, on the other the wish to stay in the comfort of staying connected to the status quo. Holding on to what feels familiar, even if outdated.

The Message from Source has some insights as does another channelling.

Have Back Pain, No Support, Structure Of Your Life Crumbling? ?

Our backs contain and maintain three key aspects of how we live our life

Is there a tightness in your back? Perhaps even lower back pain or dis-comfort?

Are the structures of your life crumbling around you?

One of the clues to help you identify the message your body is sending you is whether any pain or dis-comfort is on the left or right side of your back?

For the back is where our memory of events, emotions, and information is most often stored. Held until we choose to process it.

Should we not feel safe physically, emotionally, or mentally for long periods, we create coping mechanisms in order to survive.

The longer we store such experiences, they develop into core issues and eventually each block begins to act to attract attention through pain and dis-comfort.

The root or first chakra is physically located at the feet, legs, and “roots” of your being. Hence why grounding is important as it is connected with the element of Earth.

In my story “Have Back Pain, No Support, Structure Of Your Life Crumbling?” I have set out four indicators of an imbalance in the root chakra:

They link to your sense of safety, security, and feeling at home within your skin. Preventing us taking action to, for example, attract and maintain financial security – meeting our basic needs.

When the root chakra is active and balanced, you feel grounded, stable and secure. You are able to put trust in others as you know they will support you.
